~ Chapter Eight ~

Sakura's POV:

Naruto ran off to the ramen shop while we followed behind. I had sent a message to our friends to join us for dinner so we could explain the situation between Sasuke and Charasuke and to also give them the good news about the upcoming trip.

As we entered the shop I noticed everyone was there already, but what took me off guard was the fact that Sasuke's team was there as well. " Huh? " I heard all around as everyone stared at us. " I can explain " I said out loud to everyone. Naruto and I began to explain to them the situation. Many of them could not believe it and they surrounded Charasuke.

Ino poked him on the cheek " He looks exactly like Sasuke-Kun " She said as they continued to surround him. " He does but his personality is the complete opposite of Sasuke " I said to them with a smile. " Hmph " I heard Sasuke say as he glared at Charasuke. He is taking some time to get used to him, but I can't blame him, this must be a weird situation for him.

" So Charasuke. Are you dating the other me in your world? " Karin asked as he clung onto his arm. ' this girl... ' I thought as my eyebrow began to twitch. " Karin, is it? " Charasuke asked while she happily nodded " Uh no... In my world, you're Menma's... I mean Naruto's cousin... The only person whom I am interested in dating is Sakura " He answered as he shook her off. Everyone was stunned by his words and turned to look at me. Ino gave me an evil giggle and this scared me a little ' What the hell is she thinking now? ' I thought to myself. " His sakura " I clarified " or you " Charasuke responded as he winked at me. Everyone was once again looking at me. I cleared my throat " I will be ordering my food now " I said as I walked towards a seat. I got my order taken and everyone began making their way to where they wanted to sit.

Charasuke sat next to me. Everyone was having their own conversations while Charasuke and I ate our ramen in silence. " You know I meant what I said earlier " He whispered to me. I turned to look at him and raised an eyebrow " Why are you even thinking of that? " I asked him. " The sakura from my world is not interested in me. I am no longer a 'player' and I've only had my eyes set on her for years, but she continues to ignore my efforts. Recently, there were rumors going around about her going on dates with someone, and when I tried asking her about it, she told me it was none of my business who she dated. It broke my heart, but although you look like her, the two of you are different. When I met you all those years ago I was blown away by your personality. I would find myself thinking about you throughout the years, but I thought I would never see you again, yet here I am. So what do you say? " He asked me. The look in his eye was different, and I understood what he meant.

Although he looks exactly like 'our' Sasuke, he is very different. He has a bright personality and actually makes an effort to impress me. Not to mention the old Charasuke would have been flirting with any girl who approached him, but when Karin tried, he brushed her off. He has changed from the last time I saw him. I sighed " I'll think about it... " I answered him as I got back to eating my ramen. I saw him smile from the corner of my eye, and I couldn't help but blush a little bit. I won't deny it, Charasuke had many great qualities. He had a really great physique, his personality was bright, he was caring towards me on a deeper level than anyone else, and he made me feel comfortable enough for me to consider him a close friend. Charasuke and I did spend some time together when I was in his world, and I almost did fall for him, but now there is nothing holding me back to do so, and yet; I continued to be cautious about it.

" Sakura-Chan should we start talking about this weekend? " Naruto asked me. It was currently Tuesday and if we're traveling to the land of snow we should probably leave on Thursday. Naruto and I began to explain to them the plan for the upcoming vacation. Everyone was excited about it and was completely okay with going this weekend. " What about us? " Karin asked me. " arent you guys still being watched? " I asked them. " No, they're giving us the freedom to roam around now. Although, we do need to ask for permission before leaving the village. Other than that we are free to do as we like, but the only condition is that we need to sleep in the facility or with trusted shinobi around us " Suigetsu answered " Well if you guys want to come then ask for permission and write our names down. I am sure they will allow you guys to come once they see who will be going on the trip " I said to them with a smile.
