It was Steve's birthday, finally. Eddie's long awaited surprise was ready, Robin and Steve were able to take off work.
"Morning" Steve smiled
"Happy Birthday Harrington" Eddie kissed Steve's forehead "Want some coffee"
"Yes, but you have to try my coffee with milk and sugar" Steve gave a mischievous smile
"Ugh, do I have to?" Eddie whined
"Yes" Steve laughed
They made their way to the kitchen and Eddie made the coffee. Steve then put everything into his but left one plain.
"Try it" Steve held out the cup for Eddie
"Fine" Eddie grabbed the cup and took a sip "Ew ew ew"
Steve laughed as he grabbed the cup from Eddie and handed him the one with nothing in it.
"No your trying plain black coffee" Eddie pushed the coffee towards Steve
"Ugh" Steve groaned as he put the mug up to his lips
"Is it good" Eddie smiled
"No, its actually horrid" Steve immediately handed it to Eddie as soon as he took a sip.
Steve and Eddie drank their coffee, got ready, and waited for Robin to get back from Nancy's. She said Nancy was going to drive her back. The door then creaked open.
"Hey Robin!" Eddie smiled
"How did it go?" Steve asked excitedly
"Amazing!" Robin was super happy
"Well what happened?" Steve smiled
"First of all, happy birthday!" Robin hugged Steve "and I kissed her!"
"Really?" Eddie gave a proud smile
"Oh my god! I'm so proud of you!" Steve gave an excited smile
"Yeah! And she kissed me back!! Then she kissed me again when she dropped me off here!" Robin put the back of her hand on her forehead
Steve gave the biggest smile and so did Eddie. They were so proud of their friend!
They all talked for a bit and gave Steve his presents from them before they had to go to Eddie's surprise. Robin got him a Scoops costume as a joke and Eddie got him a picture frame of a bunch of photos of them. It was about 5 when they started heading over.
"We're here!" Eddie smiled
"And Nancy is going to be here soon!" Robin added
"The movies?" Steve gave a confused face
"Don't worry, this is just one part" Eddie smiled as he entered
Eddie talked to the man at the front for a minute before gesturing for Robin and Steve to follow him. Once they were in the theater Steve yelled
"There isn't anyone in here!"
"That's the point" Eddie smiled "And it's your favorite movie, Back to the Future"
"I don't know that movie" Steve looked up to think
"Fast times" Robin patted Steve on the shoulder
"Ohh! Thank you Eddie!" Steve then kissed him
"Yeah I had nothing to do with this" Robin shrugged
Nancy then walked in
"Nance!" Robin ran over to her
Nancy whispered to something to her, Robin whispered back and they talked for a minute before walking over.
"Don't say anything about them kissing, the sleepover, or anything about their relationship" Eddie whispered to Steve before Robin and Nancy came over to them
