"Whatever I've done..I did it for love" she said, as she stood face to face with the monster that's been haunting her. The loud lightening drowned out her friends screams. They screamed for her to run, to come back, to not do it. She didn't listen, she couldn't. This had to end, even if it meant with her in the grave. She wasn't going to let it take anyone else, not again.

"I'm doing it all for us,"

Two weeks earlier

It's almost the last day of school before spring break, y/n was excited to finally relax and get the hell away from all the shitty high school students. She didn't have much friends after Steve, Nancy, and Robin graduated, she was left to deal with all the assholes on her own. Steve tried to comfort her by saying "look on the bright side, you get to keep an eye on those little assholes and make sure they stay out of trouble" to which y/n retaliated with "that's your job Steve". Which then led to a strong and intense argument about Steve's role in the kid's lives. Y/n didn't expect for this to be her life, hell all she wanted was to scoop ice cream for shitty customers and make money to move out of her parents home.

She never expected to get stuck in a secret Russian basement with two kids and her two annoying yet loving coworkers. Which led to them getting drugged and almost killed so many times, and then y/n was told all about eleven and her powers and what happened in the year of 1983 and 1984. The worst of it all, they had to fight some giant alien made out of dead people!

Y/n was finding it hard to settle down and have a normal life, after everything that went down in Hawkins last year, she was preparing for the worst to happen, the mind flayer coming back. She couldn't understand why everyone else just moved on so quickly, but she tried too at least.

Y/n speed walked to her locker, trying her best to avoid the crowds of students walking beside her. She hates crowds of people, loud noises, babies, loud dogs, bands, and assemblies. Basically everything. She hated everything.

"BOO!" A loud shout erupted behind her, right into her ear.

"HOLY SHIT!" She jumped, the students in the hallway gave her an awful mean glare as they walked passed. She tensed up for a moment before looking behind her to see clearly. When she got a clear view of the person she let out a loud groan.

"Eddie Munson, you sure know how to get a girl to hate you huh?" She asked.

"awe, c'mon y/n don't be that way, you know you can't hate me," he tried to tease, y/n just gave him a cold stare.

"What is it Eddie?" She asked.

"So...we need someone to fill in for Sinclair today during our campaign," he began to say.

"No," she cold heartedly said.

"You didn't even let me officially ask!" He began to nag.

"You didn't need to, my answer is no. Besides, Mike and Dustin already tried to ask," the girl said, shoving her books into her locker.

"And what did you say?" He stupidly asked.

"I said no Munson, I have work today," she said, beginning to walk down the hall.

"Just call Steve and tell him you won't be able to come in today!" He said.

"Munson, I'm about to be nineteen years old, I need a job that pays me money in order for me to move out of my parents home, which I desperately want to do!" She began to argue.

"If you hate your parents that much then just come live with me!" He suggested, y/n stopped walking and just turned to him, giving him a hard stare. Eddie grew a little nervous, she was very intimidating.
