A/N:
Hello! Pictured above is our Big Guy's mask for your beautiful imaginations. Again I own no rights to the mask or anything about the Yautja & Xenomorphs. Whoever created that mask has all credit. Now to the story!

Nadia walked behind the hunter, but never too far away. Now that she was with her overgrown companion she felt more at ease. It allowed her to take in more of the pyramid. The Big Guy wasn't much of a conversationalist. It was a little tragic. She had a lot of questions and he wasn't the one to give her the answers clearly. They reached some sort of chamber, and he stopped abruptly. Nadia was lost in thought and she definitely walked into him. His gaze went over his shoulder and dropped down to her. She quickly backed away and lowered her head "I'm sorry, Big Guy. Please don't spear me. But really you should give a girl a warning before you just hit the brakes..." She said. The hunter just stared down at her. His answer was a clicking noise. There was definitely a language barrier. Suppose it is hard to hold a conversation if you don't know what the other is saying. she thought to herself.

The Yautja went over to a pillar and he sat down, leaning against it. Nadia of course followed and sat nearby. He pulled out some sort of small silver container. Pressing a button it opened up into what she thought was a bowl. Though it resembled a satellite. Glancing around the the ground he picked up random small pieces of broken columns and stone. He put it all in the satellite looking device. Pulling out a vial, he poured a fluorescent blue liquid into the dish as well. The substance began dissolving the debris he had collected. By the time it was finished it was a pasty consistency. Next he pulled out what looked to be a utensil that she could only compare to a metal tongue depressor. He placed it down and then reached across his broad body. He pulled his shoulder blaster off, followed by the pauldron covering that shoulder. Lifting up the metal tongue depressor he mixed the concoction ensuring that everything dissolved properly. Next he used it to scoop up some of the paste. The paste still had the slightest tinge of blue flame. He applied the paste to his shoulder wound, making sure to really rub it on and push it into the wound. His body tensed at the pain, and Nadia watched the entire scene unfold. She was completely enthralled. First of all, she'd have passed out from that. Secondly, their advanced technology and their version of medicine was fascinating, truly amazing. Even more amazing than the fact she spent her whole life searching for this race and nearly giving up, only to now find herself feet away from one of them.

After applying the paste to the wound he then pulled out something that Nadia could only guess was a sort of suture gun. Nadia watched as he then stapled the wound together in the front. He didn't even flinch for that part. He glanced towards his back and let out a series of irritated clicks. Nadia slowly scooted closer to the hunter. "I can help you, Big Guy." She offered quietly. The hunter looked to her and made a warning growl. She pointed at herself, then to the stapler and paste, with one hand she gestured to her back and with the other she pointed at him. He must've understand what she was trying to do because with a clicking growl he slightly turned so the wound was facing her. The clicking growl made her smile. It was the same noise her savior from her childhood had made after rescuing her from that horrible creature. She really had found one. She scooted closer to the hunter. Following what he had done, she put some of that paste on the metal object. She began moving it towards the wound but she bit her lip as she paused. This stuff whatever it was looked horrible, and clearly it was painful and she didn't want to hurt him. Even though she knew it was for his health she still had her reservations. The hunter trilled lowly. She stared at him. Did this creature just understand what she was feeling? And did it just attempt to reassure her? Not wanting to disappoint she took a deep breath and steeled herself. Some of his tendrils were blocking the wound. She slowly reached out, and gently she pushed them away. They were smooth and rubbery, and surprisingly warm. Was there blood in them or was it really just hair? She was fascinated again.

Dammit, Nadia. Focus! Satiate your curiosity later, fix him now. She thought. And then did as he had done, and applied the paste inside and around the wound. This time she got front row seats seeing the exact moment, and the ripple as his muscles tensed. "I'm sorry, Big Guy." She said softly. Partly she felt guilty. Thinking if she had been paying more attention to their surroundings then maybe he wouldn't have been hurt. The other part was sorry for making him feel pain, even though he did let her know it was fine. She grabbed the stapler next. She got very excited about this next part. With one hand she squeezed the skin together. It was smoother than she thought it was going to be, but she could tell it was just as thick and as tough as she thought. Using her other hand she sutured the skin together. When she finished the hunter collected all the different medical supplies and put them back in their respected container. Wow, the lizard guy has more cleanliness than most human males. she stated internally and matter-of-factly. He looked at the gauntlet on his wrist, pushing a few buttons. A 3D holographic image of the pyramid showed up. Her eyes lit up as she stared at it. Pushing a couple more buttons, dots appeared in the image. Heat signatures. The rest of her group! She pressed closer, all but sitting in his lap, and ignoring his warning growl. "This!" she said pointing to the heat signatures. "Can you take me to them, Big Guy, Please?" she pleaded. He growled again but louder, and definitely angrier this time. Nadia looked down finally noticing that she was all up in his personal space. He roared at her and she immediately jerked back in fear, moving away. "I'm sorry!" she said and bowed lowly. He made a low clicking growl in response. She slowly sat up. Making a mental note to never get in his personal bubble again.

"But really... Can you take me to them, please?" she asked quietly. His head turned towards her. To communicate better she pointed to him, then to herself and then to the heat signatures. He looked at the signatures and then shook his head yes. She smiled brightly. "Thank you, Big Guy. Do you have a name? You've got to. What is your name?" she asked. The hunter tilted his head. "My name is Nadia. What's yours?" He tilted his head the other direction. It was adorable. He typed in his wristband again. Nadia wasn't sure what he looked up but he shook his head no. "Well then I am just going to name you. Cinder? Ash? You don't look much like Ash... Cinder seems a little... Feminine? Because Cinderella..." She glanced at the colossal hunter and she couldn't help but giggle at the name Cinder/Cinderella. She could only imagine his hulking body inside that tiny dress and his taloned feet in glass slippers. Hope they're open-toed... she thought to herself. The hunter just stared silently at her. Meanwhile she was laughing hysterically at her own joke and that mental image. Once she stopped laughing she immediately perked up, her eyes brightening. "I'VE GOT IT!" she yelled excitedly. "I am going to call you Blaze, Big Guy. Yes Blaze... Fantastic." She said said as she nodded in approval. Blaze didn't answer he only watched silently.
