I walk into the familiar apartment building & sigh, memories of Venus & I began flooding my mind. I shake those thoughts away & click onto the elevator button, waiting patiently for the metallic doors to open.

The elevator dings & the doors open, I step into the elevator & click onto the number 16. The doors close & I watch the numbers go up, a smile forming on my lips.

After a few minutes, I reach the 16th floor & the doors open allowing me to step off the elevator. I grab my phone & check the apartment number she sent me. 578.

I walk down the long corridor until I reach her apartment door, 578. I raise my fist & knock on her door twice waiting patiently for her to open the door. Before I get the chance to blink, the door swings open revealing a smiling Nellie. I chuckle.

"I thought you died on the way, what took you so long?" She laughs & I roll my eyes. She steps aside & allows me to enter her home.

I look around, her apartment is well decorated in a creamy white color & a light shade of grey. She grabs my arm & drags me into the living room demanding me to remove my shoes before I step onto the carpet. I do as I'm told & set them aside nicely.

I sit down & she takes a seat across from me.

"Movie? Board games & food?" She suggests with a smile & I nod my head.

"Chick-fil-A? McDonald's? Chinese food? Pizza?" I ask & she gasps.

"You're a fat ass like me?!" Her eyes widen, happiness flashed in her big brown eyes & I laugh.

"I'll order food & you'll pick a movie." I speak & she nods. I grab my phone & click on the Uber eats app.

Nellie laughs beside me as she watched the movie & I smiled in awe. I chew on my food quietly & watch her carefully, completely ignoring the movie playing on her television.

She notices my stare & turns her head, our eyes lock. I smile & she looks away from my gaze, I notice her smile.

"Come here, you're a bit too far." I chuckle & she scoots over a bit closer to me. I wrap my arm around her warm thick body & pull her closer, her shea butter scent invading my nostrils.

"You smell so good." I whisper & she smiles.

"Massa stop it! You're making me blush." She giggled & I snort, a hideous laugh erupting from my chest & she laughed.

"& you're done." I nudged her face & she bit the side of my hand. She grabbed the remote off the glass coffee table & paused the movie.

She turned her body so she'd be facing me & I smile, her beautiful face making my heart warm.

"I want to know more about the kind of person you are. I want details." She spoke & I nodded my head.

"I can't tell you every detail about me but I'm a kind hearted person." I speak softly.

"Yes I joke around a lot but I am very understanding. Obviously, I can't just tell you that, you'd have to see it for yourself." I continue on & she nods her head, her eyes held deep interest.
