we get to the bonfire we all go out separate ways I go straight to the beer table getting a beer couple minutes later i started to feel tipsy after I get more beers in as I was walking around I see conrad with some girl I feel something in me getting mad not even knowing  why.

I go back to the beer table getting two more beers I see belly I smile running toward her then I see her with some guy that looks why too old for her.

once I get to her I grab her hand then I see the guy smirk toward me I scoff in disgust at him

" belly lets go get some beer!" I say to her then steven comes up I get my out of there seems like a sibling problem to me so I go get me another beer I am feeling wasted by now but I didn't even care I just wanted to get my mind away from things this to me seems like the only way to do so.

susannah and laurel were smoking pot talking about today susannah decided to speak about the pool , plus something else

" when the boys through threw mae and belly in the pool today I swear I saw that smile on Connie's face he was in a better mood today today then I ever saw since him and Aubrey's break up." she says

" I didn't realize they were that serious I thought he's been in a bad mood since he and mae stoped being friends." Laurel says to her best friend

" neither did I, but I still don't know why connie and mae stoped being friends I always thought they would become more than friends I attend to make that happen I promise they will be each other's dates to the debutante ball." susannah says seriously laurel nods agreeing with her

" okay I'll help."

" have you seen how mae and connie been acting so unlike there selves especially mae like not smiling as or laughing she's not the ray of sunshine you see coming down the stairs hugging everyone good morning helping us good breakfast or asking us if we need help today with anything." susannah says in a daze talking about how much her little mae bug has changed missing her wondering what had happened to her.

" yeah what's going on with jessica why didn't she come? I know a lot has been going on but she usually comes." laurel asks she only knows a little bit of Maeve's home life not like susannah does

" I don't know I haven't heard from her in two years ever since I told her about you know." susannah says to her when susannah told Jessica about her cancer jessica didn't take it well at all.

laurel nods in understanding susannah changes the subject to laurels books having a good time to talk to her.

maeve hears arguing but she couldn't care less being too drunk to care then she sees belly on the ground she runs over to belly trying to act sober but failing laughing belly looks at her like she's insane then this random guy comes to see if she's alright seeing as I am too busy laughing then everyone hears sirens I am still laughing belly grabs my arm and drags me to the car helping me as I am trying to convince her I'm not drunk
