belly was wondering why she told conrad that advice about him and maeve belly always liked conrad but maeve was always there in his view she knew he always liked now matter and still does it seemed like belly had no chance.

maeve was laying in a chair conrad was on the couch both hung over maeve was rethinking her life decisions as conrad was glancing at her almost every minute.

maeve heard jeremiah say me and Conrad didn't have hope and his hang over smoothie cures the hang over

" can you please just hurry up?" conrad questions

" just go back to bed like maeve alright?" jeremiah speaks thinking I'm asleep

as I was drifting back asleep I hear the blender I jump and fall to the ground conrad looks over laughing quietly i mock him getting back into the chair.

they were talking about the portraits laurel points over at us " you don't see mae and conrad complaining." I actually don't mind but it will suck sitting down for hours but I'm actually good at it I'm lazy

" I don't know about mae but he will complain when he's conscious." I see jeremiah walk over to us giving us his hangover smoothie he walks over to conrad first smacking him on his shoulder

" hey here" giving conrad the smoothie I hear conrad mumble " thankyou."

he sets mine on the table I give him a nod I get up and go over to laurel she looks at me slightly smiles at me

" I'm gonna go to the pool." letting laurel know where I'm gonna be at so she won't go haywire to me like she did belly last night she nods

I go outside taking off my clothes that had my bathing suit under I always swim to get my mind off things I jump in the pool feeling the cold rush all over my body I get back out from under the water and see conrad in the pool as well I roll my eyes at him he looks at me with a face I can't read off of.

conrad sighs looking at me remembering belly's words but he doesn't know what to say to maeve he wants to tell her way he did what he did the reason to tell her that he messed up he was sorry.

conrad goes closer to her there faces only on inch apart maeve can feel his hot breath on her face

" I'm sorry." he quietly whispers to her maeve could her him barley but heard what he said she looks at him shocked by his words she goes closer to him their body's touching he hesitantly graves her waist

" why didn't you answer me back I needed you." maeve whispers back looking into his eyes the eyes that screamed guilt and another emotion that she couldn't tell he grows closer to her face

then they heard someone come outside maeve and conrad jump away from each other seeing belly with a face that screamed jealousy but didn't show it belly looked toward maeve

" uhm susannah said it's time to go shopping for the debutante stuff." maeve nods and gets out of the pool without looking back at conrad.
