Chapter 11

Tris pov.

As I had imagined it, it was an extremely long day.
I zoned out in most of my classes and lunch was boring as hell.
Throughout the whole day, my back aced like crazy, causing me to not even be able to sit back on my chair. Everyone asked me if I was alright, I had to say yes so I wouldn't get questioned.

Right now, I'm in my fragment, sitting on a rock, thinking about life.
I suddenly here a noise, causing me to fall off the rock.
I look down on my hands, to see if there are any bruises, only to see grass in their place.
I remember, the frightened emotion causes invisibility.

I have got to learn how to control it.

I hide behind the rock, but my stupid brain still does not process that I'm invisible.
I shake my head in a disapproving way, and walk out from behind it.

I stop in my tracks.

The gang is here.
What the hell?

"Guys, where do you think our animals went?" Asks Marlene.

That's why their here! Stupid brain acting up again.

"I dont know, let's look for them." Uriah replies.

They start searching.

To ease their search, I ask the animals to come.

I still need to change, though.

I concentrate, thinking of the rush of adrenaline that my wolf form gives me.

And then, I have paws instead of arms and legs, fur instead of skin.

Hm, I didn't feel any pain.
Probably, when you want to turn, your body allows it, and blocks out pain.

I head over to the gang, only to see everyone playing happily with their animals. Four looks sad, though. He probably thinks I abandoned him.

I slowly walk over to him.

A big smile appears on his face. He starts walking towards me.

He sits down next to where I am. I lay down next to him and he starts to strike my fur.

"Tris, the one I told you about the other day, she has a secret. She's always running away. And plus, I'm destined to know it. I tested her one day, pretending to know her secret. She started panicking like crazy."

I growl at him.

"What? You haven't even let me finish. It must be a really big one. I'm so curious. It's consuming me. " He says laughing.

I growl again.

"Your acting really strange." he replies.

I wag my tail in response.

A laugh escapes his mouth.

From this angle, you could see the sunset perfectly. I rest my head on his lap, and we enjoy the sunset in comfortable silence.
