Tris pov.
As I head to first period, Lynn approaches me. "Hey Tris, we haven't talked in ages. Well, it seems like that." She says. I roll my eyes and turn a corner, nearing my destination. "What happened?" She asks. She looks genuinely worried, so I sigh and say, "You guys went to The Pit without me yesterday. I know what Christina said and everything."
"Oh Tris, you're right. I'm sorry about that, but I didn't go. I thought it was mean, so I went home to catch up on some work instead." She says.
"Wow. That was really nice of you. Thanks." I say, adding a smile to my before sad face.
"That's a relief. You know Tris, we never really got along well, I want to get to know you lets go." Lynn has the same first period as me, I don't think I ever mentioned that.
"I want to get to know you too." I say. We walk to first period, a smile plastered on both our faces.

The first half of the day passed very quickly, and I'm currently on my way to my locker to leave some of my textbooks, when I feel a push to my right shoulder.
"Oops, sorry. Maybe you shut watch where you're going, mutt." Says Nita, her voice dripping with sarcasm and venom.
"Maybe you should watch where you're going, bitch." I say, mumbling the last part.
"What did you say?" She asks shocked.
All my shyness and embarrassment leaves, and I growl my response. "I said... That you were a bitch."
A shocked emotion flashes in her eyes, and a snarl erupts into her face, making her look quite unpleasant."The only bitch here is you!" She says.
"Please, stop talking about yourself." I say calmly, and exit. We had made a small crowd, and some people started making strange 'ooohhh' sounds.
I enter the cafeteria, and some people were already talking about the little fight.
As I walk towards my table, I hear people tell me: "Way to go Tris!", or "Wow, that's the girl that stood up to the queen bitch."I finally reach the table, an once I sit down I let out a breath I didn't know I was holding.
"Are you okay?" Four asks me.
"Yeah, just got into a fight with the queen bitch. But other than that, I'm absolutely fine." I say sarcastically.
"Oh. Did you win though?"
"Yeah I did." I say with a chuckle at the end.
"That's my girl." He says, giving me a kiss on the side of my head. All of a sudden, a hand smacks against the table. I follow my gaze and see Lynn's angry face.
"You guys, are disgusting!" She spits. To be honest, she was starting to scare me. Steam was practically coming out of her ears and nose."Lynn, calm down." Shauna says. "No! I won't calm down. All of you are pathetic." She says, venom lacing her voice.
"What happened?" Christina asks. Honestly, what a bitch."You happened." Lynn spits. Everyone gasps, except me really. "You have no shame. You hurt Tris! Just because you Gus got into a fight doesn't mean you have to be a total and complete butch to her!" She screams.
"Lynn, calm down it's fine-" I say, trying to calm her down.
"No it's not! See Christina? That's what a nice person is: standing up for the person that hurt her. You should learn something." At the end, she grabs my arm and pulls me towards the hallway.
"Wow, thanks." I say.
"It was no problem really, I just really hate when people do that."
"I'm actually kind of hungry, so is it okay if I go back?" I say laughing.
"Yeah it's fine, I just wanted to make a scene." She laughs as well.
"Okay, so we're going to walk in looking badass." She says, wearing a smirk."Let's do this."
Opening the cafeteria doors, I walk towards the table with a sway on my hips and a smirk on my face. I look over at Lynn and she looks at me, and we give each other a slight nod and go to our seats.
"That was so hot." Whispers Four in my ear. I smirk and whisper "Not as hot as you." And give him a lingering kiss on the cheek.

As I get out of my last period, I hear a voice calling my name that makes me stop walking, and my body freeze.
"Tris!" I recognize the voice that belongs to Christina. I internally growl, but I turn around anyways and look at Christina. "What do you want?" I spit, and she visibly flinches.I keep on walking to my locker, and once I get there, Christina seams to snap out of her daze, and she walks over to me. "I wanted to say that I was sorry. I wasn't really thinking when I did what I did, and-" I cut of her rambling.
"Honestly, you didn't hurt me that much. It was the others that agreed to go that hurt me." I say."They didn't go because they wanted to hurt you, they went because they wanted to see their animals." She says sincerely. I open my mouth to say something, but I quickly close it. I honestly don't want more drama.
"It's fine. I accept your apology." I say with a smile.
"Really?! I thought was going to have to beg and-"
"Christina, it's fine. Let's just get out of this hell hole." I say, while walking. Not long after, she catches up to me, and we head out of the school.Heyyy
Soo.. I'm not really feeling it guys. Anyway, I love you and stay fresh!
