Lightbulb and The Wizard Of Wonder-Ville [An Inanimate Insanity x BFDI Fanfic]

🚨Chapter 18🚨

After a short time of running, the 5 finally reached that dark Palace. "Now, how are we going to get up there?" Tin-Tube asked.

"Well, ya might wanna follow me." Yin led the three to the back of that palace, walked over and took the rope that was *conveniently* right there.

"Basically I take this rope, tie it onto that three, throw it up to that open window, we get inside and free Lightbulb without Yang knowing. Easy peasy."

"Can't we just use the door." ScareBrush asked. "Well obviously we can't. We'll just immediately be caught." Yin said.

"Yeah but about that rope, I'm not sure how it's going to work for *me* since I'm on these roller skates. Plus they've literally clung onto my legz ever since i got rusted." Tin-Tube admitted.

"Geez. Well how about i help you up there so you won't have any difficulty?" ScareBrush asked. Tin-Tube nodded. Yin tied the rope to the tree and threw it up. As expected, it landed so easily. He started to go up and was inside. The other three followed and were all inside. (Yaaay)

"Now give me a quick second, i need to make sure Yang isn't nearby." Yin whispered. The three nodded as He opened the door and peeked out. The coast was clear and Yang was just in the living room minding his business. He put a thumbs up and went with the others to get Lightbulb.

Lightbulb was laying down on the matress that was in her cell. Having a few thoughts about her current situation and why she did everything earlier. Imagining scenarios where she just sucked it up and listened to Paintbrush or if she didn't give into her real friend's words. She looked at the hour glass and noticed how it was almost out. But since Yang wasn't around, she decided it wasn't the end of the world. So she crawled towards it and was about to flip it until the door opened, startling her.

"OMGA YANG I WASN'T TRYING TO TURN THE HOURGLASS I'M SORRY!!!" She yelled. Yin shushed her.

"I'm not Yang, It's me, Yin. Now get over here. Were taking you out of this prison. Also I found your crab" Yin said. Lightbulb was relieved and got up from the floor. Taking her basket, and still flipping the hourglass like the girl she is. She took Baxter from Yin and crept out with the others.

Yang started to hear weird noises from upstairs so he just checked the security cameras on his phone(which Yin doesn't know about.) And now Yin and the others were caught. An immediate rage filled inside Yang. Who jolted up and ran to qn odd looking button that was hidden in one of the walls, which immediately sets out an alarm and puts the palace on full lockdown.

After the alarm went off they saw some sort of gate cover all the windows in the hallway. Which made them panic until Lightbulb looked up.

"Guys." Lightbulb said.

"Yes Lightbulb.." ScareBrush asked.

"I think Yang must have found us." She responded.

"And what makes you think that?"

"Well one, the earpearcing alarm, and two, THE CAMERAS THAT ARE ALL OVER THIS HALLWAY!!!" She pointed up. Now they all started to freak out and Run around in directions of this long hallway(a very long hallway). Yin dragged Lightbulb to one of the rooms while the other three just scattered.

Yang sent out the raccoonz and himself out to look for the 'intruders.'

And to most certainly find Lightbulb and Yin. The 'escapee' and the dirty little 'traitor.'
