Ja: hn....bolna beta....kya karu.....
Sh: mere boss se baat karnge?
Ja: hn...la abhi phone pe sorry bol du phir ghar jaake personally bol dunga.....
Sh: sorry nhi bolna hai mamaji......usko phone pe achi achi 10-15 gujarati wali gaaliyaan de dijiye....
Ja: kya?.....
Sh: hn....
Ja: par tera boss hai, tujhe naukri me dikkat karega
Sh: (dails the number) aap karo baat...karo karo (hand over him the phone)
On the other side, in office, Mr. kundra picks up the call.
K: hello....
Ja: hello kundra boss...main mama ji....
K: (angrily) mamaji....
Ja: vo aapki taareef me kuch sabd bolne the....bol du kya....
K: hn hn jaroor....ek min hn.....(to his employees) guys todays a grt day in our company's history....the old man who insulted me last night in party.....he is here, on call, to praise me...I'll put him on speaker...(puts the phone on speaker) ji boliye...
Sh: *gestures mama to speak up*
Ja: hume laga tu sarif hai par tu toh india ka Nawaz sarif nikala....tere liye kaam kar k eke logo ka paseena nikala aur tu toh bahut kamina nikala.....
K:😲😱
Ja: (achi achi gaalis.....think yourself becoz mujhe nhi aati.....)
K: mama I'll kill you......
Saying this K cuts the call. All the employees laugh covering their mouth.
K: (yells) back to work......
Dev: (comes to K) sir....(handing a paper to K)
K read it. it's shiva resignation and shiva signed it too.
Shiva's home
As K cuts the call, all starts laughing loudly.
Ja: (seriously) aee shiva....naukri chod di tune?
Sh: umm...nhi...voh....vaise bhi naukri kisse karni hai....dekhna mamaji main ab khudki software company kholunga...jald hi kuch karunga....kuch na kuch toh kar hi lunga......(gives smile and goes to room)
Ra: (smiles) main aati hu.....(also go upstairs)
Jagat and prafulla look each other with guilty expression.
Raavi reaches the door of room and as she enters the room she sees shiva standing against the window talking on phone. His back faced her.
Sh: kya bola?.......mujhe pta tha; apni insult bardaash nhi hai usse......exactly; harkat aisi hai......aree yaar mujhe bol rha tha mama-mami ko ghr se nikal du; aise kaise nikal du hn?.....vahi tension hai....jald hi kuch na kuch source of income dhundni hogi; raavi, mama-mami sabki responsibility bhi hai......nhi pta yaar; but main unse kuch nhi bolunga; vo jab tak chahe rahe......acha sun tu thoda bahar kahin job ka dekhna, par apni ka dhyaan rakhkar, thik?......hmm, chal bye.....
Shiva cuts call and turns to find raavi standing behind him. raavi smiles and goes to him.
Ra: naukri chod di?
Sh: (cutely) chodi nhi, technically bolu toh nikal diya mujhe.....
Ra: (smiles) afsos ho rha hai...
Sh: (walks past her).....nhi.....(shrugging shoulder) but better way me handle kar sakta the.....(removes his watch) I know mamaji sahi the....but main bhi typical indian family man ki tarha kood gya......
Ra: (in flow) but that's what I love about you....
Sh: (😯)....hn?
Ra: (nervously) I mean that's really good....har insaan aisa nhi hota....family ki value karna is really important....
Sh: (sighs) I know that....but problem is kundra ka ego hurt hua hai.....and more over usne mujhe dhamki di hai ki London ke kisi bhi office me kaam karne laayak nhi chodega.....
Ra: (shocked) what?
Sh: (tensed) yes....agr job nhi mili toh hum sustain kaise karenge.....aur apna kuch suru karne ke liye time and funds dono chahiye.....
Ra: (goes to him).....(putting hand on his shoulder) don't worry sab thik ho jaye ga.....
Sh: hmmm.....mama-mami ko kuch mat bolna please....
Ra: (smiles) don't worry....I won't.......
NEXT DAY
Next morning, all were having their breakfast when the door bell rings. Raavi gets up to see but,
Sh: (getting up from there) main jata hu.....
Saying this, Shiva goes to check. After a while, shiva comes with an envelope.
Ja: kaun tha beta?
Sh: mera courier tha.....
Ja: acha.....
Shiva sits and start having his breakfast again. Raavi observes an expression of slight sadness on shiva's face. May be because of job, she thinks.
After breakfast, raavi goes to her room to get ready for work. After sometime, shiva also comes and finds her tieing her hairs.
Sh: (softly) raavi....
Ra: (turns to him) hn?.....
Sh: (forwarding her some papers) visa ke paper aa gye hai....tere sign chahiye.....
Ra: oh....ek minute....(ties her hairs and goes to him).....la.....
Raavi takes the paper and sign the paper at required place.
Ra: (giving the papers back to him) ho gya.....
Sh: hmm......
Ra: (frowning) kya hua?.....aise muh kyun bana rakha hai.....
Sh: (shakes his head) nhi kuch nhi.....vo main ye bol rha tha ki....
Ra: hmm....
Sh: (taking a deep breath) vo....jo bachi hui amount deni thi tujhe......toh vo main thode din me deta hu....job lag ek baar uske baad.....hope you-
Suddenly, shiva's phone rings and shiva excuses himself. After taking the call shiva returns but doesn't find raavi. He sighs and sit on bed. He looks at the paper and sadly chuckles.
At night, shiva comes down for dinner.
Pr: raavi nhi aayi abhi tak?.....
Sh: main call karta hu.....
Shiva calls her but she doesn't pick it up. shiva again tries but again. Shiva gets tensed.
Sh: (assuring) mami vo aati hogi.....thoda kaam aisa hai na....
Pr: acha....chal khana khale....
Sh: aap khao....main raavi ke saath kha lunga....
Pr: pakka?
Sh: (nodding) ji.....
Shiva goes to his room worrying about raavi. He texts raavi but it also shows unseen. Shiva picks his phone and checks the location of raavi. It's shows London bridge. He sighs and assumes that she must be with her friends. He picks up his laptop and start working. While working, shiva falls asleep unknowingly in sitting position. When he wakes up, his eyes fall on clock which shows 12.30. he gets up with jerk and then looks around. He checks his phone. No missed calls, no reply. He rushes down the stair expecting her to be there but she was not. Shiva rubs his head in tension. He again checks her location which showed the same. now his mind started forming a different scenario which is negative. His heart starts thumping loudly. He picks up hi jacket and without wasting a second, he runs out of the house.
