Madrid, here I am. I'm so nervous. 

Ria went with her family, she had lunch, grabbed some merch and separated from them to walk around the venue of the concert. She started by circulating the whole surrounding premises in hopes of finding an opening, a window of chance of seeing someone get in or out. It wasn't worth it. The group's van was already in, they were there and she couldn't do anything but wait.

I made some friends, totally forgot my tattoo was exposed, had to explain myself to at least 5 people, tried to avoid the topic of Seonghwa from ateez and faked a different Seonghwa. It didn't quite work all the time, a few girls were 100% sure it was Seonghwa because everything added up - his birthdate, the tattoo he himself has on his wrist - it was as clear as water.

Finally people started walking in. Soundcheck had already happened a few hours ago, and it made her heart race as it never raced. She also felt a little echo inside her, like she wasn't entirely alone. Maybe it was just the nerves. Little did she know, Seonghwa felt it too.

I don't feel normal. Are you gonna throw up?? Wooyoung no. I'm just feeling a little tingling inside, like there's something there. Mingi was very suspicious of this, it's the first symptom. Anyways, enough about me, how is your back? Do you feel better? Having to not do the show honestly sucks, I'm very heartbroken, but it's for the best. If I don't rest now, I might actually hurt myself big time. Yeah.. you go and rest while I search for the love of my life. And also perform for our precious atinys that have been waiting for us, right Seonghwa? Hongjoong added. Well, that too. He smiled.

I entered the venue and walked to my seat. Wow, I'm so close to the center, and I'm literally in front of them! If they have eyes then they'll see me for sure, I think, I hope. Shortly after, the opening VCR began and I felt my heart double race again. Was he closer? I almost felt his presence. Lights finally showed their silhouettes. I screamed my lungs out. It's now or never. 

Even while just waiting on stage, I felt more nervous than usual. There was something not exactly bothering me, but maybe distracting me a little. Mingi felt it too, his heart was racing a little. He already knew.

As soon as I saw them, I was so shocked. Besides all this soulmate stuff, I'm still an atiny and seeing them perform is just mind-blowing. I forgot Seonghwa was even my soulmate, I just admired them for all their hard work. This is the best day of my life, with or without soulmate. As I finally spotted Seonghwa, my heart skipped a beat. This was expected, he is my bias after all. He was really concentrated, or at least seemed to be.

God, since when was Wonderland this long! My heart is about to jump out, I need to find Ria, I'm sure she is here. - he wasn't even thinking about the performance, he was on auto-pilot.

Finally, they finished and started the first ment. Hongjoong leaded as usual. Wow. He truly is handsome, and his proportions are just amazing... Ria was dumbfounded by how good they all looked in person. She looked at Mingi and she felt like he looked back at her, but she couldn't really tell from far away. She finally looked forward and damn, Seonghwa couldn't be more in front of her. She wanted to lock eyes with him so bad, but she also knew if that did happen while  he's on stage, something could go wrong, so she tried to avoid that at all costs. She just wanted to admire him from afar, although it hurt her to not give him more attention.

He knew it right as he looked at her. That's Ria. He felt like she was the most beautiful girl in the whole world. She attracted him like no one ever did. Maybe he just hadn't done this for too many years but this time it hit him harder. He wanted to straight up run towards her and hug her and kiss her and take care of her. But she wasn't his. She would never be his. No one was ever his. Still, he couldn't help falling in love with her.

Wooyoung was absent as already announced. Ria felt sad but also comprehended that it was for the best. She would rather him rest than see him unwell. Little did she know he would change her life.

The concert went on. Seonghwa still feels palpitations but couldn't find Ria, he was trying too hard. Mingi was head over heels for Ria. San and Yunho were serving top tier performances, Yeosang was being the amazing visual he is, Jongho was collecting everyone's hearts with his voice and Hongjoong was just being his cute quirky self.

At the first given opportunity to meet backstage, Mingi went towards Seonghwa. I found her. You did?? I've been looking but I think I'm just too nervous. Where is she? Right in front of you, first row, first floor, in the middle. Are you kidding? Obviously not, I feel it, you know. Ok, thank you Mingi, I owe you big time. Alright, now let's go, we'll be late.

Seonghwa stepped out in his new outfit and took advantage of the slow start to really look for Ria. It only took him 2 seconds. He knew. It was her, it had to be her. Suddenly no one was there anymore, just him and her. Lights shone on them. Obviously in reality nothing much happened, Seonghwa and Ria just spaced out for a couple of seconds, but as she successfully broke eye contact, he was able to focus on the performance, with extra will. He was so happy, and so was she, although slightly worried for him. She hoped she didn't distract him too much. But finally their butterflies felt better, it wasn't a bad, nervous or worrying feeling, their hearts were just beating as one. They started their bonding.

Suddenly, I got a text from my dad. Come out, there's someone here for you. The concert was still about 30 minutes away from ending. Can I stay until the end and then come out? No, you have to come out now, you'll see.
