Back in New York, the Sparrow's had kidnapped Luther. Ivy hadn't heard anything of it as she'd locked herself in her room all day because of what happened with Marcus. She never got the briefcase, she didn't even try to find it. She waited until it was time to go meet with Viktor, then snuck out of her window. She walked fast down the street, hoodie over her head while she was looking down to not be recognized. She was walking to the meeting place when she saw them standing in an alley, Ivy walking that way quickly. Viktor turned and saw her, perking up slightly.

"Where's the briefcase? And Marcus?" Viktor asked, Ivy looking at him.

     "Listen, Vanya-"

"Viktor," he corrected. Ivy stared at him for a moment.

"Vik-? Oh! Sorry! Listen, Viktor, something is going on and it's not good," Ivy said, looking between them. "Marcus... he's..." She shook her head, looking around. "We can't do this here."

"Where is the briefcase?" Allison asked.

"We don't have it," Ivy lied to them. "But Marcus... I think he's dead."

     "Think?" Viktor asked.

"There was this orb, then he was sucked into it, and he sounded like he was in pain," Ivy explained to them as they began to walk down the street. "Something's wrong. Where's your Ivy?"

"Spending the day with Five and Klaus, making sure they don't screw anything up," Viktor informed her.

"Five? Sloane?" Ivy asked, looking confused.

"No, our Five. Her... boyfriend," Allison answered, Ivy looking shocked.

"What the fuck is happening?" Ivy asked, sitting on the ground and putting her head in her hands.

"Why is this Ivy so whiny?" Allison asked, looking down at her.

"Well, imagine if you found out a younger version of you from a different timeline had a boyfriend, your dad told you she's stronger, and only adopted you in hopes that you would amount to that someday," Ivy snapped at them. "Meaning, my whole life I've just been treated as a weapon, not his actual child." Viktor and Allison went quiet, not knowing how to respond. "So... I'm not doing great."

"Come on, you were Number One. You were treated better than our Ivy ever was. You've probably got it better than her," Viktor encouraged her.

"Yeah, I'm kind of jealous if I'm being honest," Allison stated with a shrug. It went quiet, Ivy shaking her head slowly.

"That thing that took Marcus, it was not a force to be reckoned with," she began. "Two seconds, maybe even one, he was gone. It's been speaking to Grace for some reason. And Dad, the old fuck, somehow hasn't noticed it. Ben hasn't asked where I've been at all today, and none of my siblings came to get me for breakfast. I think they've all turned on me because of this other Ivy being better."

"I'm not sure your siblings would turn on you like that," Viktor said. "Maybe they're just busy."

"Yeah, busy doing stuff we always do together," Ivy snapped. "Morning workouts, weights, running, making breakfast. They've turned against me."

"Good. Then you can be our inside man," Allison stated, Ivy looking up to see their serious faces.

     "Ah, shit."

Five parked the car outside of the hotel, the three of them beginning to jog inside. They walked in, then turned and saw their other three siblings sitting at a booth in the corner.
