''Wait wait, do we know whose boat that is?'' Pope questioned.

John B opened a compartment, taking out the pogues anchor ''No, but we're about to find out''

JJ inspected the sunken boat from the safety of their own ''Dude, it's too deep''

John B chuckled ''Oh, for the weak and feeble JJ''

JJ held up his hands ''Well, I'm not resuscitating you. Just making that clear upfront''

''That's fine'' John B replied.

Bella raised a hand to volunteer ''I'll do it!'' the girls friends all looking at her strangely ''Not resuscitate him you idiots! I mean, I'll go down and check the boat out.'' but then they all looked at her as if she was delusional and all four of them said a stern 'no' at the same time.

The blonde boys eyes stayed on the brunette girl ''Not happening''

The group, for some reason, are extremely protective over Bella, she didn't know why and neither did they, it was just instinct for them all ''No, you guys need to stop, I'm not a baby, I'm literally older than Kie'' they knew she was right, but acted like they didn't care, all staring at her like the words she spoke had no effect. ''Okay, whatever'' she huffed and rolled her eyes, distancing herself to sit down at the back of the boat.

Kiara looked up at John B, worry in her eyes ''John B''

He let out a breathy laugh ''What?'' she just carried on looking at him like he was stupid.

''Diver down fool'' Pope saluted to John B who was standing on the edge of the boat holding the anchor. He saluted back and repeated the words ''Diver down'' and before John B could jump in JJ smirked ''Yeah he is'' and pushed the boys shoulders allowing him to fall backwards into the water.

John B was in the water for quite a while longer than they'd thought he'd be, Bella had joined the others shortly as all four of them looked over the boat edge and were asking each other if they should go in.

Just as Pope asked, John B popped out from the water coughing to allow the air back into his body.

The four of them sighing in relief, Kiara speaking up first ''Oh my god, that took forever''

''Any dead bodies?'' Pope asked making Bella laugh to herself, the boy noticing as he looked around at her and smiled.

''Looting potential?'' JJ asked.

''No, no'' John B replied ''I found this motel key'' upon hearing that, Bella leant over the boat, snatching the key from his hand. ''Yes, I'm also glad I survived that, thank you for your concern Bella'' the boy said from in the water, his sister just playfully rolling her eyes at him in response.

''A key?'' Pope asked.

John B climbed back into the boat ''Yes, a key Pope''

JJ walked up to Bella, slinging his arm around her shoulders ''Great, we salvaged a motel key''

''Guys, we should report the wreck to the coast guard'' Kiara reasoned ''Maybe we'll get a finders fee''

JJ laughed ''Yeah, and not work all summer. Thanks Agatha, ya batch''

John B, JJ and Bella went off to talk to the coastguard and there stood one man trying to deal with multiple shouting people ''Yeah I can tell this is gonna go well'' Bella muttered.

The two boys still tried their luck though ''Hey, man we- we found a boat'' JJ started.

John B raised his hand slightly ''You're gonna wanna hear this''

''Hey! Calm down'' The man shouted towards John B. Even though from what could be seen, John B was very calm.

''What do you mean calm down? Huh? He wasn't even half raising his voice at you. You're the one that needs to calm down you-'' Bella shouted at the man, but found her words muffled as John B had put his hand over her mouth, dragging her away from the man who now looked slightly intimidated by the girl, his reaction making the girl snigger.

The siblings went past JJ who was picking up a pen to steal, god knows what he would need it for, it was the summer, JJ hardly even used a pen at school. John B took the pen out of his hand and put it back and when John B had turned his focus back to his sister, JJ took the pen back and put it in his pocket.

Waiting outside the shack where the other two pogues were stood, Pope spoke up ''Well that went well'' Pope and Kiara's eyebrows curled in confusion at the siblings in front of them. Bella bit John B's hand as it was still stopping her from talking and he looked at it in disgust as Bella turned and gave him a smug look.

JJ's eyes darted to John B ''So, what's the plan?''

The boy held his hand out to Bella, signalling for the motel key which she still had in her pocket. She smacked it down in his hand, crossing her arms in suspense, wanting to know why he wanted it ''I know how we're gonna find the guy who owns the boat.''

Pope's expression became concerned ''We don't know who's room that is. It could be anyone''

The blonde boy took the key from his best friend and threw it to Kiara ''I'm in''

She caught the key ''Come on. I'll be lookout''

Bella hopped on JJ's back, wrapping her legs around his torso as he gripped onto her thighs so she couldn't fall, resting her chin on his head after facing her friend ''Come on Popey, have some fun''
