The group pulled up outside the Wreck and Kie said "Stealing drones makes you hungry" as she got out of the van.

Bella got out, JJ's hand held out for her, him helping her jump out as she turned to Kiara "It's the having no groceries in our house that really does it for me."

JJ joined in on the food talk "What I would do to a beer and shrimp and grits right now"

Pope shut the door of the van, walking with his friends "It would not be pretty"

When they got inside, Kiara's dad was behind the bar as she greeted him "Hey Dad"

He softly smiled at his daughter "Hey"

"How'd we do?" she asked the man.

"Didn't turn it over once" He sounded disappointed.

Bella, JJ, John B and Pope all walked over to the back of the restaurant to give Kiara a minute to ask her dad if they could have some free food, without them all being in the way.

Bella looked over and saw the girl hugging her dad, making her look down at her hands and unconsciously start playing with them. JJ noticed and pulled the girl into him, taking her hands and wrapping them around his back and hugging her. She buried her head into his chest, him resting his chin on her head and she just thought about how she wanted to be in his arms forever, that there is no place she could feel safer.

A few seconds later Pope had tapped the girls shoulder and she saw the boys waving over at Mr C, so she joined in, moving one hand from around JJ, she smiled and waved at the man. When he looked away from them, Bella looked up at JJ, resting her chin on his chest admiring him until Kiara walked over "Sit down"

Bella raced the boys, sitting down first as Mr C brought over some food for them all. They all started stuffing their faces as if they hadn't eaten for days, which is true, Bella, John B and JJ literally hadn't eaten for two days. John B tried throwing fries into JJ's mouth, him not catching them. Kiara went over to top up JJ's drink, pushing his feet down that he had propped up on the table making Bella chuckle.

There was music playing on the radio and Kie started dancing, holding out her finger signalling that she wanted John B to dance with her. He went over and twirled the girl around and they started to dance closely together. Bella looked at JJ with a cheeky smile and he looked at her, his eyes instantly saying no, but she didn't care. She made her way over to the boy and pulled him up by both hands, but he didn't want to dance, instead he wrapped his arms around her waist from behind, rested his head in the crook of her neck and they swayed side to side.

The girl couldn't get JJ out of her head, ever. Whenever his hands are on her she feels like the luckiest girl in the world and she couldn't help but think about if there's even the slightest chance that he may feel even a quarter of the way she feel about him.

JJ had no idea the girl was feeling the same way as he did, he thought she may be thinking he was weird for being even more touchy with her recently even though she was being the same with him, he couldn't help but overthink. The possibility of having Bella as his girl was so sweet and sour to him because on one hand he thought he was a mess and no one, especially her, should have to deal with that but on the hand, she'd make him happier than ever. The boy has always been so attached to her, always finding his main source of comfort in her and now he thought about taking it to the next level, he had his doubts for her sake of course but he needed to at least talk to her.

Before JJ could even pull her away she whispered to him "Can we go talk?"

The boy took her hand, leading her out front to the van. They both climbed in the back and Bella slid the door shut. As she turned back around, she was greeted with open arms and as much as she wanted to be in them, she took both of his hands and interlocked their fingers with her own. She took in the boys presence and finally grew the courage to tell him how she has been feeling.
