Hoseok's POV

When I woke up the next morning, for the first time ever, Jungkook was ready before me and he actually made me breakfast.

"Are you okay?" I ask as I slowly sat down and he was almost done, ready to leave the house.

"Yeah, just want to do some stuff at work today. I want it to be quick so I can do other things, so that's why I decided to get up early." He was talking so fast while eating, I almost couldn't comprehend what he was saying, but I got it.

"Wow, calm down."

"Sorry sorry, I really just have to go." He told me. "Good luck today."

I thanked him but he was already out the door.

He didn't even brushed his teeth.

Oh well.

Jungkook's POV

I know Hoseok is probably wondering what I've been keeping from him and that is why I need to avoid him as much as I can.

I can't tell him I've been going out with Amelia for the past 6 months and just as I told her 'I love you', we ended things. Although I don't think we actually ended it correctly, right?

I mean, technically we are still together.

Just not on the same page.

Yeah, that's it, we are not on the same page but we are still together. That's why I'm gonna see her as soon as I enter to the sports centre and we'll have our training session like every other day-

My thoughts were cut short when I indeed entered the sports centre, but she was nowhere to be found.

"Did Amelia came today?" I ask a new receptionist lady who I haven't seen before. Weird, since I've been here that lady was always at the front desk.

"Amelia...?" Right she didn't know the last name. I told her the last name and she looked for the name on the list and shook her head. "No, sorry. You're Jungkook right?"

I nodded my head and she extended her hand "Jazmine. Nice to meet you."

"You too." I said as I shook her hand, but I couldn't help but ask the question that was on my mind. "Sorry but where's the receptionist who used to be here everyday?"

"You mean Katy?" She ask and I nodded. Right, that was her name. I know I must seem like a dick for not knowing her name after seeing her everyday, but I have a lot of other names in my mind. "I'm not sure. Yesterday afternoon they just had a 'hiring receptionist' outside so I took the job."

I nodded although it all seemed weird.

I know who will know.

I thanked Jazmine as I went to look for the guard who's always outside the sports centre. "Hey."

"Hello, Jungkook. I guess you noticed someone missing today?" Apart from the obvious girl who I love, yes. I nodded my head and he sigh as he handed me a piece of paper. "It looks like she got into some kind of car accident and died last night."

Why would there be a 'hiring receptionist' yesterday afternoon if Katy 'died' last night?

This is all too weird.

"Oh..."

"Yeah, she was very young. Sadly things like this happen everyday."

"Does her family know?" I ask. I don't even know if she had family here, or where she was from.

"I think she wasn't from here so she didn't have family here. I'm not sure if she even had family at all."

I nodded and thanked the guard as I made my way to my training room.
