It has been a year since the attack on my village and the death of my parents.
I am already ten and the child is now one year old.
Bodul told me that I am now old enough to learn how to use an amulet.
He had one himself, but he said that I have to find my own.
On this mountain there are some caves and in these caves there are crystals, if you can separate them from the other stones and hold it in your hand it transforms and takes on an element.
Bodul's crystal had the earth element. He himself told me that even he didn't know how many elements there were.
After four days we found a cave and went inside.
I ran my hand along the wall of the cave until I came across something warm. I looked and saw a faint glowing crystal.
I tore it off the wall surprisingly easy.
A loud clang emanated from the crystal and it began to glow strongly. Its clear color turned into a bright blue, and now even bubbles could be seen inside it, like in a sea.
"So your element is water, surprisingly. You don't see that element very often."
Bodul said.
"What is the most common element?"
I asked curiously.
"Fire and wind."
He replied.
From the depths of the cave, heavy footsteps could now be heard coming toward us.
