Author POV:

Y/n gave the camera to Miriam and looked through the box. She found a baseball bat and a base ball. She then got out a pair of ballerina flats. Staring at the two she thought back to her split personality a tomboy and a girly girl. She used to play soccer, basket ball and Baseball, but also did Ballet, Dancing and singing. She had become more of a tomboy now that she thinks about it. Y/n decided to put everything around her room. The baseball bat that was too big for her now was just the right size for her hands. So she put next to her bed for now.

She then tied her ballet slippers together and around the head of the bed, around the bed post. While doing so there was a knock on the door.

"Who is it?"

"The one and only"

The door opened and her uncle entered.

"I'm just going down the street to run a couple errands, just letting you know"

"K, love you"

"Love you too"

She got out a few trophies and set them in her display cupboard that had an empty shelf. She hung the 7 first place spelling bee medals on a hook in the side. And hung her mothers old wide rim hat on the other side, so it displayed more of the actual hat then the medals. She smiled staring at the hat, a happy memory coming to mind. On the beach with her mother and uncle. And a German Sheppard dog. That ran to catch a Frisbee that her uncle threw. Her mother next to her giggling. She reached out for the hat and her mother took it off handing it to her. She felt the material on her finger tips.

She looked back out to her uncle who called the two of their names. He threw the Frisbee behind him and waited. But the German Sheppard run into his legs tripping him over, making him face plant into the sand.

She was bought back to reality by Miriam.

"Watcha thinking about?"

"Old beach memories about my mum and uncle. And an old German Sheppard dog we apparently had, who loved to make my uncle face plant in the sand. Broke his nose on time. Sandstone in stead of stand.. it was funny really, until the blood"

"It's good to have memories like that"

"Yeah, it is... I think I have a photo of the dog, but I would be on that top shelf"

She said point to a bookcase that had things ontop they could barely see.

Y/n brought the tall step ladder out and climbed it. She leaned to left to look through the photos. Miriam saw the ladder leaning so she quickly got up and pulled it so the ladder touched the floor. Y/ns head flung and banged the edge of the bookshelf then she overbalanced and fell off the ladder.

Miriam stood in shock of what she had done.. her hands shaking and eyes almost in tears.

What had she done...
