Baker Street

Sherlock yelled something as we enter the kitchen and bumping with a startled Mrs Hudson, I looked around the kitchen and I saw the shoes hanged by the sink in pieces

"what are you on about Sherlock?" I asked placing my bag on the counter

"It's one of the most deadliest poisons on the planet." Sherlock said turning to us

"Carl powers?"I asked

"yes" Sherlock confirmed

"Are you saying he was murdered?"John asked and Sherlock stand up from his chair and went to the hanged shoes parts with John and I followed behind

"Remember the shoelaces?" Sherlock said gesturing at the shoelaces and thats when it all pieced together in my head

"The boy suffered from eczema" Sherlock and I said

"it would be the easiest thing in the world" Sherlock added and moved to the other side of the kitchen with me following behind

"so he introduced the poison into his medication" I said

"then two hours later he comes up to London" Sherlock added

"the poison takes effect" I interupted

"paralyses the muscles and he drowns" Sherlock added

"How come the autopsy didn't pick up on that?" John asked moving toward us

"It's virtually undetectable." Sherlock said

"Nobody would have been looking for it" I added, then Sherlock began typing on his laptop notifying the bomber that he (we) figured it out

"but there's still tiny traces of it left inside the trainers" Sherlock said gesturing to the shoes across the kitchen

"from where he put the cream on his feet, very clever" I whispered the last part but apparently John heard so he looked at me perplexed

"that's why they had to go" Sherlock said placing his hands on his lips waiting for the phone to ring

"So, how do we let the bomber know?" John asked turning to both of us

"Get his attention" Sherlock replied "stop the clock" he added and looking at his watch

"the killer kept the shoes all these years"John stated his arms behind his back, looking perplexed

"yes" Sherlock said turning to John

"meaning..." John started staring at me and Sherlock

"He's our bomber" I interupted then the pink phone rang

When Sherlock picked up the phone, he asked the hostage where she was, and while Sherlock was speaking to her, John called Scotland Yard to let them know where the hostage was.

When the hostage was eventually freed and the bomb was taken out of her, I said goodbye to Sherlock and John and left for home.

Mycroft's Manor

Mycroft helped me put my coat on the coat rack as I was about to shrug it off. I then turned to hug him, burying my head in his chest, and he returned the hug by gently massaging my back. We parted ways after a short while, and Mycroft showed me to the dining room where food was ready. Being the gentleman that he is, he moved my chair and assisted me in sitting down. We eat dinner and talk about his busy day, the Korean election, and other things, and I tell him about the case Sherlock and I solved and how it went down.
