"Of course Dad would be involved with the assassination. I should've know." Diego said and I rolled my eyes. "Seriously?" Five was walking around in a panic. "No you're jumping to conclusions." "What the hell else is he doing standing on that grassy knoll?" Diego raises his voice and I glare at him trying to calm Five down. "Holding an open black umbrella on a sunny day in Dallas the exact same moment the president is killed? " Diego continues. I turn to Lila who was too busy painting Elliot's toenails and I blew a ball of wind at him causing him to be pushed back.

"Okay let's be calm. It doesn't look good I admit" I sigh but it's couldn't possibly be true. Can it? "He's the signalman for the whole goddamn thing" Diego says jumping to conclusions, yet again. "Easy, Diego." "Seriously?" "No it makes sense. This is what Hazel was obviously trying to tell you. We have to stop dad from killing the president." Diego says. I laugh and five scoffs. "Diego calm down alright. I walk over to Elliot and untape his mouth knowing he wouldn't harm anyone.

I turn and see Diego and Five looking at a phone book. "Eighty-two Olive. Let's go." Diego says and I tape Elliot again and walk over with them. "He okay to leave here like that?" Diego says. "Yeah he's fine." I shrug. "What about the girl?" Five asks and Diego mutters a 'shit'. Diego walks into the hallway closet. "Jesus we don't have time for this." Five sighs. "Well if that were me in that closet wouldn't you waste some time to comfort me?" I ask. Five sighs. "I guess." "Of course you would. But don't worry that would never be me. I know when to waste time and when not to." I sigh and look at my watch. I could see from the side of my eye Five smiling at me.

"Stop staring at me." I smile to five and he laughs. He was leaning against the doorframe and I lean in the kiss him which he returns. "Ok let's go." Diego says pushing us. "Finally." Me and five sigh. We enter the car and drive.

Diego stops the engine and we all walk to the door. "D.S. Umbrella. This is it." Diego reads a sign. Five stops before we reach the door and we turn to look at him. "You okay?" I ask. "Yeah fine just.." Five says and Diego sighs. "How long has it been since you've seen the old man." I turn to five realizing. "45 years." "That's a trip." Diego says starting to pick the lock. "No kidding." I sigh. Five leans against the door and I lean right next to him.

"You know when we were stuck out there, in the apocalypse, there wasn't a day that went by where I didn't hear his voice in my head." Five said and I squeezed his hand. "What was he saying?" Diego asked still picking the lock. "I told you so." Five sighed. "Well the dad here hasn't met any of us so I doubt he'll say 'I told you so.' So it's like a fresh new start. Clean slate." I say. "Im sure he'll find a way." Five sighed. I got tired of Diego's attempts to pick the lock so I nudge five. "What?" "You're going to let Diego struggle when you can easily teleport in?"

"Oh right." Five nods and blinks inside. He opens the door and I turned on a lamp which turned off in a second. "Shit." I say. "Guess dad wasn't much for home decor." Diego says. Five touches the seats and I look at the plaster on the walls. "Feels more like..." five starts. "like a front." I say and he nods. "A front for what?" "Idk." "Well me and y/n will take the left. You go right. Wouldn't want you guys spending our time here smooching." Diego says and the two scoff.

Me and diego enter the door to a hallway and look in the first room we see. We look through files and the drawers. I hear footsteps leaving and tap Diego's shoulder. "Footsteps." I whisper and he nods. We both walk toward them. We see a door close and look at each other. A man walks into the fog and my heart starts racing. "Fuck." I whisper now realizing how five felt in the beginning. We really haven't seen him in 45 fucking years.

Me and diego follow the man to some random roomish place? We look around and I hear something above us. "Move." I push Diego and step back. I threw a ball of water on the floor and the man jumps into the puddle and almost slips. He catches his balance and tries to fight us. He almost stabbed Diego but Diego dodges with a backflip. "Smooth." I roll my eyes. Diego throws a knife at him which the man dodges.

I yawn and step aside thinking Diego would be able to take care of the old man. A few minutes later I try to stop Diego from being stabbed but only made the wound not go as deep as Reginald would have made it. I run to Diego leaving Reginald to leave. "Fuck Diego." I sigh and take off my blazer. "Jesus n/n you should've stopped him." Diego sighs and I tie the blazer on his thigh to stop the bleeding. "Shut up let's go." I sigh helping Diego up.

I meet with Five at the car and see him bleeding from his neck. "Jesus you too? Am I the only one not bleeding?" I scoff and Five looks at Diego who was passed out from the blood loss. "Hmm. Long Story." I sigh.

We go home and Lila helps Diego and his wound. "So you gonna tell me about that?" I ask five pointing at his neck.
