       Five, Diego, and I were outside because we had seen a blue light in the field. "Herb. Dot." I smiled as they trampled passed the body filled area. "Hey." They smiled. "Sup, Herbie?" Diego said shaking Herbs hand. "Hey! My man." Herb chucked. "Good to see you." Five said making a face at Diego and Herbs 'handshake'. " I can't believe it. Is she...." Herb said dragging his sentence. "Really dead this time?" Five helped him. "Definitely." I nodded. "Now that the Handler is gone, What happens at commission?" I asked. "Well. We need to elect a new board of directors. But until then, I uh. I've been voted in as acting chairperson." Herb said with a smile and Dot cheered. "Oh congrats herb." I said hugging him. "No shit! That's huge!" Diego smiled. " Im so goddamn nervous." Herb laughed. "You'll do fine." Five nodded. "Oh thank you."

"Herb we need a favor." Five said. "Oh sure anything." "We need a briefcase. To get back home. Where we belong." I nodded. Herb nodded back and turned to the field full of dead commissioners. "Take your pick." He told us.

The Sun had set and it was now dark out. We were outside ready to get back home. "Everyone ready? Let's do this." I said handing the briefcase to five. We all joined hands and mentally prepared. "Wait!" Klaus said and ran to the porch to get a hat. He nodded and we all conjoined our hands... again.  A familiar blue light appeared and the feeling of us going back home put a smile in my face.

Everyone sighed as we were all surrounded by the familiar linen lighting. The staircase we all knew and the table we were at. "W-What day is it?" Luther asked and I snatched the newspaper. "April 2nd, 2019. Day after the apocalypse." I smiled. "So we stopped it?" Allison smiled. "Oh thank god it's over." "We actually succeeded at something? That's incredible. "

Klaus jumped with joy. "I don't know about you guys but I need a drink. In fact I need several." Klaus said hugging everyone. "I should go find claire.." Allison said. "Oh come on. One drink." Luther said leading her with the rest.  Everyone agreed but five and I stayed behind them. "Something feels..." Five said. "...off? For sure." I nodded.

"Why is there a painting of Ben over the mantelpiece?" Diego asked and we all ran toward him. It was true. The painting of five sitting and me leaning on his shoulder was replaced. "I knew you'd show up eventually." Another familiar thing hit us. "Dad?" Diego asked. "you're alive?" Luther asked. "Why shouldn't I be?" Reginald asked.

"Yeah.... Yeah you're right. I'm just happy we're home and...together again." Luther said. "Home? This isn't your home." He scoffed. "What are you talking about? This is the Umbrella Academy." Allison said and I looked at five who was looking at me. "Wrong again. This is the Sparrow Academy." He said. There was footsteps behind us and the balcony over us was filled with people who weren't visible.

"Dad who the hell are these assholes?"

A voice beneath the balcony said. "Shit." The Umbrella Academy said.
