i started to walk around the place and then i remember back in 83 that joyce was talking to will through the lights and that's how she was able to communicate with him so that's what i did, i made the lights flicker 'i really hope this works'.
gareth's pov:
i had jade close to my side as eddie popped out, she was so scared but after eddie told us what happened with chrissy we tried calming him down but then i noticed something was off with jade, her eyes were white and she stayed still with her hands by her sides and then i realised, she was in another trance.
The lights that were on started flickering and the ones that weren't on turned on then off like she was in the same room as us. The lights all of a sudden stopped flickering and started flashing 3 small flashes. 3 long flashes. 3 small flashes. Then in sync Eddie and robin both yelled "morse code" we looked at them utterly confused until they told us that it was someone who needed help, then it hit me...
Jade's POV:
i started seeing random lamps turn on and off so it must be a signal for when ever someone goes near it, it turns on in the other dimension.
I got out my flashlight and shone it up in the air not having a clue what to do and i saw these light but dark particles in the air which i thought was weird.
But i decided to touch it and as i did i started to feel tingling in my fingers, it felt kind of nice. I heard talking in the background and i recognised some of the voices and i realised i could hear them but the only way for them to hear me...
Eddie's POV:
i was mortified of what happened yesterday and i had no sleep because of it. Then i heard jade had slipped into this sort of trance which gave me a bit of ptsd vibes Then the lights started flickering and the lamps would randomly turn on and off.
But after a few moments it all abruptly stopped but then the lights started flashing. flashing 3 small flashes. 3 long flashes. 3 small flashes. Then it came to me, i think it came to robin as well as she once again jumped out of her skin and in sync we both yelled "MORSE CODE!¡" they all looked at us dumbfounded.
"WHAT!¡" Gareth The Great had questioned me in confusion.
"morse code, who ever did that must be jade using morse code in order to let us know she needs help" i informed him. He seemed to be getting more confused and frustrated by the second but he then realised...
Gareth's POV:
'SHE NEEDS HELP!¡' i mentally screamed in my head as my face said it all to just about everyone in the room.
Dustin brought up the idea of this board that Nancy's little sister had that we could use to communicate with jade in. He and Nancy then both decided to get the board.
They came back not long after and we all began to set it up.
We couldn't set it up where we had been before as there was no switches or anything so we went to the kitchen part of the house/or whatever it's called and plugged it in. Dustin and Lucas got all these beads and started making something, but none of us could quite make out what it was.
They were finally finished though after 10 minutes of making it and they switched it on as they both cheered "YESSSSSS!¡" the rest of us started to stare at each other not knowing why they were randomly cheering. Dustin asked on of us to unplug it.
He then started talking to jade "alright jade if you can hear us go into the kitchen" in which i think she did considering the light under the top kitchen cabinets switched on. "Okay good now shine your torch across the kitchen counter near the sink until you see something you may not have spotted before" dustin added.
Just then the board started glowing and we were all half cheering "now jade, careful with this now, i want you to write hi if you can hear us" dustin said sounding completely stupid as i whacked him over the head but seconds after i did so the board started glowing the words hi.
We all started cheering "okay now jade what is your favourite song" he asked her as he said to robin and max to get the headphones, we started seeing glowing letters, 'master of puppets by Metallica' or (y/f/s by y/f/a) = (your/favourite/song by your/favourite/artist).
we all looked each other not knowing that Eddie had one "yano" Eddie started while standing up "I have master of puppets, i can also play the song on my guitar" he said as we were all shocked. Then robin and max came back with the headphones and cassette player and Eddie put the cassette in as then ran over to jades unconscious corpse and slapped the headphones on her head as we started playing the song.
"Now jade do you see a portal anywhere where we first started off" we waited a few seconds and no answer, he repeated the sentence again and still no reply.
Dustins POV:
Robin ran over "HEY DUSTIN! We Have A Problem!¡" she yelled as she ran over to jade leading me the way but as i got to her...

Sorry guys if it took a while to post i keep making stories and getting bored of them but this one seems to be rising ahead of almost every other book i've done so i will be continuing every book i do just might take a bit. i'm really glad you guys like this book and i'm sorry for the wait. < 3.
