3. THEY MEET AGAIN.

Next day
Bondita was getting ready in her room but was lost in her thoughts. Suman entered the room breaking her chain of thoughts: Aee Bondita..... taiyyar hui ke nahi.....
Bondita then replied: Haa hum taiyyar hai....
Suman then said: Hmm.... ab chal jaldi.... der ho rahi hai......
Bondita nodded and said: Tum chalo..... hum aate hai.....
Suman then said: Theek hai..... par jaldi aana....
Bondita nodded and Suman left.
Bondita turned towards the mirror for a final look on herself and then looked towards the small idol of Matarani which was kept on the dressing table. She picked it up and uttered softly looking at it: Matarani..... mai janti hu.... bohot galat karti  aayi hu.... par kabhi ajeeb nahi laga..... na kabhi dar laga....par aaj pata nahi kyun.... bohot ajeeb lag raha hai..... dar lag raha hai.... aisa lag raha hai jaise.... aaj ke baad meri zindagi badalne wali hai.... aaj se pehle kabhi aisa nahi laga..... phir aaj kyun....
At that she heard Suman calling her: Bonditaa.... jaldi aa neeche.... der ho rahi hai.....
She the idol back and shouted: Aayii....
She looked at the idol again and went away joining her hands in front the idol.

After some time
They reached Sethi Mansion
All the family members came out to welcome them. Jahanavi introduced everyone to them. Jahanavi  then said: Koi pareshani to nahi hui na...  aane me aaplogo ko.....
Suman then said: Are nahi nahi behenji...... koi pareshani nahi hui.....
Jahanavi smiled and said: Aaiye na..... andar chaliye.....
They went inside and sat. Ashish then said asked while looking here and there: Waise.... aapke bete kahan hai.....
Rudra replied in his usual playful tone: Honge wo apni girlfriend ke saath.....
Bondita and others looked at him surprised. Jahanavi glared at him and then said with a smile: Wo Anirudh apni duty par gaya hai..... aa jayega thodi der me..... kaam me thoda zyaada busy rehta hai na.... isliye Rudra ne aisa kaha.... aap iski baaton pe dhyaan mat dijiye......
Suman sighed and nodded with a smile. Samaira then said: Jahanavi Maa.... agar aapki ijazat ho to..... hum thodi der ke liye.... Bondita bhabhi ko apne saath le jaa sakte hai..... unhe ghar dikha dete hai....
Jahanavi smiled and said: Bilkul..... ye bhi koi poochne ki baat hai..... le jao.....
Samaira smiled happily and said: Chaliye Bondita bhabhi..... mehek bhabhi aap bhi chaliye.....
Mehek too smiled and nodded. They left. The elders were chit - chatting when Anirudh entered. Pinky noticed him and said: Lijiye.... Anirudh bhi aagaya.....
Anirudh smiled and came towards them and Jahanavi introduced him to everyone. Pinky then said: Anirudh..... beta jaa kar fresh hojao tum....
Anirudh nodded and left.
Bondita Samaira and Mehek came back. Jagveer then said: Aa gaye tum log..... Anirudh bhi aagaya hai.... fresh hone gaya hai..... abhi aata hi hoga....
At that moment
Anirudh came but he didn't noticed Bondita. Jahanavi got up and went towards Anirudh and said: Anirudh.... ye hai Bondita......
Anirudh turned and looked at Bondita and got shocked and uttered: Aap....
Jahanavi then asked confusingly: Tum dono ek doosre ko jaante ho?.....
Anirudh awkwardly uttered stammering: Nahi... haa..... nahi wo.....
Pinky then exclaimed: Aree.... kya nahi... haa... nahi.... kar rahe ho.... bolo to jante ho tum bondita ko....
Anirudh looked at her and said: Haa..... I mean personally nahi.... par mil chuka hu.....
Binoy then asked: Mil chuke ho..... par... kab....
Before Anirudh could say anything Bondita said: Hum batati hu.... wo kuch din pehle ek chor ne..... humara purse chura liya tha.... aur inhone hume wohi lautaya tha.... tab hi mile the.....
Jahanavi then said: Accha..... par Anirudh..... tum itna kyun ghabra rahe the ye batane me.....
Anirudh then said: Maa.... aisa kuch nahi hai..... mai to bas aise hi......
Jahanavi then said: Accha chalo.... ye sab chodo..... mere khayal se tum dono ko akele me.... baat kar leni chahiye..... Anirudh jaa beta..... isse apne saath lekar jaa.... bahar garden me baith baatein karlo tum dono....
Anirudh nodded and gestured Bondita to come with him.
They went to the garden. There was an awkward silence between for a long time
Finally Anirudh decides to break the silence: Umm... agar aapko aise chup hi rehna hai toh... I think.... hume wapas jana padega.....
Bondita looked at him and he chuckled and said: Ok.... itna nervous hone ki zaroorat nahi hai.... accha.... ai hi kuch pooch leta hoon..... aap kya karti hain....
Bondita then replied without realising: Teacher hai hum....
Anirudh exclaimed: Wow!.... that's great.... kaunse school me teacher hai aap.....
Bondita then said: Pata nahi....
Anirudh frowned and asked: Matlab?.....
She looked at him and said nervously: Umm.... mera matlab...... wo school renovation me hai.... to humara transfer doosri jagah hoga..... toh abhi.... pata nahi hai..... ki kahan hoga transfer...... isliye.....
Anirudh then uttered: Ohh... accha....
Bondita hummed looking at other side. Anirudh then said: Mujhe aapse kuch zaroori baat karni hai......
She looked at him and nodded and he said: Dekhiye.... aap bohot acchi hain and I think you are perfect for me.... par mujhe thoda time chahiye..... I mean bas ek maheena.... ek maheene ka time chahiye..... I hope you understand.....
Bondita uttered in her mind: Lo.... ab inhe ek maheene ka time chahiye.... ek maheene tak.... ek police officer ko kaise jhelenge hum.....
Anirudh again said: Aap samajh sakti hai na....
Bondita came out of her trance and said with a fake smile: Haa... haa.... hum samajh sakte hain.... hume bhi.... thoda time chahiye......
Anirudh smiled and then asked after a moment: Aapko kuch nahi poochna... I mean... maine aapse poocha aapke baare me.... aapko kuch nahi jaanna mere baare me.....
Bondita then replied without realising: Hume to sab pata hai.....
Anirudh looked at her surprised and she bit her tongue and said nervously: Wo...wo... Samaira aur Mehek bhabhi ne..... bataya hume.... aapke baare me.... sab kuch....
Anirudh smiled and said: Accha..... toh ab hum wapas chalein..... sab wait kar rahe honge na.....
Bondita nodded and they left.
They came back and Jagveer asked: Hogayi baat?....
They looked at each other and then nodded.
Binoy then said: To theek hai.... mai kal Panditji ko bula leta hu..... aur shaadi ki tareekh fix kar dete hain.....
Anirudh then said: Dad.... ek minute..... humne decide kiya hai ki shaadi ek maheene baad karenge...   hume thoda time chahiye.....
Rudra then said dramatically: Abhi bhi apko.... ek maheene ka time chahiye..... tab tak to mai buddha ho jaunga.....
Anirudh looked at him and said: Shut up Rudra..... mazak nahi ho raha hai yahan.....
Aarav then said: Mai bhi Anirudh ke saath hun iss decision me..... I think..... hume inn dono ko time dena chahiye..... ek doosre ko janne aur samajhne ke liye.....
Jahanavi then said: Chalo.... phir accha hi hai..... taiyyariyan karne ka waqt bhi mil jayega hume..... Suman Ji..... Ashish Ji aapko koi pareshani to nahi hai na.....
Suman then replied with a smile: Nahi... nahi..... behenji..... hume koi pareshani nahi hai......
Bondita muttered to herself: Haa....haa... inhe kyun koi pareshani hogi...... jhelna to hume padega..... iss police officer ko......
Mehek listened her muttering something but didn't understood anything and asked: Kuch kaha kya tumne Bondita.....
Bondita looked at her and nervously said: Nahi.... nahi to.... kuch bhi nahi.....
Mehek smiled and nodded. Ashish then said: To aap ab hume ijazat dijiye.... hum chalte hain.....
Everyone smiled and nodded. Mehek and Samaira hugged Bondita and Bondita and her family left.
