June 2016

At the time we were getting ready to go visit my family in Korea. I wasn't particularly excited to go there since I wanted to go camping with my friends, but I had no choice. My parents said they wouldn't let me go camping they would much rather have me go with them and spend time with the family. I just knew I was going to get bored out of my mind plus I wouldn't get to see my girlfriend for three weeks.

"So you're leaving tomorrow?" asked Emma my girlfriend.

We were upstairs in my room and we were watching a movie together.

"Yeah" I sighed.

"I heard Seul is a beautiful city. Come on cheer up you'll have fun there," she said trying to encourage me.

"I wouldn't be so sure...either way aren't you sad you won't get to see me for a long time?" I asked.

"Of course I am...Just I want you to have a good time" she replied with a laugh.

"I'm sure I'll have a horrible time there so let's make up for that," I said getting closer to her.

"Your parents are downstairs"

"The door is locked and we'll be quiet," I said before slowly getting on top of her.

"Felix if we get caught my parents will kill me," she said.

"We won't"

And then we spent the evening having sex and the movie was long forgotten.

The next morning I was woken up by my younger sister jumping up and down on my bed.

"Get up Lixie! We're going to see granny, gramma, uncle Hwan and Minnie!" she said all excited.

"Olivia! Get off my bed! I wanna sleep still"

"No! Mom said to come to wake you up," she said taking off my blanket.

"Oh my God I hate you" I groaned before getting up.

I showered, did my skincare routine, and rushed downstairs to eat breakfast.

"Felix," said my dad as soon as he saw me. He seemed serious and my dad is never serious which means he was mad about something.

"Yes?"

"Last night I saw someone snicking out of your room..."

Shit, he saw Emma leaving.

"Dad, I can explain..."

"I don't think we've ever been the strict conservative parents to make you hide things from us...If you're bringing people home, might as well tell us,"

"I know... I know. It's just that well... we just started dating and yeah..."

"Oh honey, you're scaring him out! It's ok dear just use protection if you're doing anything like that, and I'm pretty sure we raised you smart enough to know with what people not to get involved with," said my mom while waiting for my dad to bring her her plate.

"Yeah, ok," I said not wanting to continue that conversation.

"Was it a boy or a girl?" asked my dad.

I had come out to them as bisexual since I was 14, and they were more than ok with it. But I hadn't dated anyone till now.

"A girl...Can we just drop it now" I sighed?

"Look at my boy all grown up," said my mom.

"Mom!"

"Alright, enough of that. Eat fast and get ready we're leaving in 2 hours," said my dad.
