Stray's POV
Friend? Yeah, okay. Why hasn't he mentioned that before? "Whatever. That has nothing to do with me." I state. The elevator stops on the first floor. "Well, I'd love to stay and chat, but I'd rather not. See ya." He says as the door opens and walks out. It has nothing to do with me! Instead of walking out the elevator, I've changed my mind to skip lunch. I stay in the elevator and press the up button. My phone then starts vibrating like crazy. "Hello??" I say annoyed. "Stray?? What's wrong?" Oh. It's just my mom. "Sorry! Nothing's wrong. It's just I have this neighbor who's pissing me off!" I exclaim into the phone. "Oh, dear. I'm sorry to hear that." She says. "It's not your fault. Not my fault either that he doesn't know who he is." I take a big breath and try to calm down. "Well I just wanted to know how things were doing." she further explained. "Mom, it's been two days and a half. What exactly could happen within that time frame?" I was getting more annoyed. Stupid Lea. Stupid Axel. This was all their fault! "Well, I don't know. I was just checking. I love you sweetie and hope you're doing fine." She tells me. "Yeah, thank you. Love you too. Bye." I say before I hang up. I think my mom worries too much. She should know I'll call once I've settled in. Which, I could not yet do, thanks again to a certain person. The elevator stops on the second floor. I step out and walk to my room. I suddenly feel exhausted all of a sudden. I didn't even do anything! I'm pretty sure I've only woken up like, two hours ago. I walk in the apartment and find my way to the bedroom. I don't even care to remove my shoes or purse or makeup. I just wanted to go back to sleep.
