I pretend to be a poet,
even though I'm not.
I've been fooling you all,
hope I don't get caught.I lie about forgotten realms and vanquished kings,
about hurt feelings and silly things.
about love and the happiness it brings,
about adventures in valleys, villages and virgin springs.don't be fooled by my pretty lies,
like you, even my heart cries,
when struck with pain, madness or grief.
with this pointless piece of writing,
I stole your precious time without even trying,
I'm also a petty thief
