Welcome back to Universal Theories! Today I'm going to give my theory on txt's good boy gone bad mv!
for the first time since run away era we see daewon with his notebook! everyone has their own theories about the notebook but i think that it's basically a diary for daewon. when his character is overwealmed he writes things down in the book rather than talking to the members. anyways in th ebegining of the mv he begins to rip out page after page before getting a paper cut. one popular theory for this comeback is that the boys are suffering from heartbreaks from the previous era. this could apply to daewon seeing as if you pause just right you can see that on some of the pages there is a drawing of a girl. so some girl dumps daewon and he is heartbroken, ripping out drawings he drew while at the school pool.
after chucking the notebook out of anger and getting close to the pool we see daewon standing on a bed of sand. this comes back to the lover loser m/v because during daewon's scenes he was at the beach with his "love interest". he finds a shell amongst the sand and chucks it into the water. shortly after we see him toss himself into the pool which turns red. this is a representation of baptism. not necessarily in a religion sense but in reference to "how to read like a college professor" in the book the author explains how if a character is submurged in water and then comes back up this person has gone through a change under water and comes back as a new person. the boys in the m/v "kill" their old selves and reamurge as "bad boys" boys who "just don't care anymore"

by going through a baptism process daewon has quiet literally got rid of his former self and reemurged as someone different. they even show a physical change in daewon by showing how his hair wen't from red (something eye catching and probably to impress his love interest) into jet black. he even sits in the pool that is now red which could represent the blood of his former self that has been killed or erased.
Bleeding out the traces of you
During Yeonjun's rap verse the older member even shows a killing of his former self as he lies back in the grave yard and comes back up with a dazed and crazy look in his eyes.
