TW: strong language and mentions of drugs
_______________________________

I woke up the next morning at 5:00 AM sharp. I got in my vanity, taking my time doing my usual makeup, which was usually darker colors and winged eyeliner.

I threw on a black small top with a grey flannel over, and some blue Jean shorts. I ran my fingers through my hair quickly before running out to my kitchen.

Dustin was already at the dining table, eating some weird shit like pancakes mixed with banana oats or something.

"Holy shit your awake early." He laughed.

"Language!" I scolded as I smacked the side of his head with my palm before grabbing a bowl of cereal.

"Moms not awake yet. Plus I think she's still crying about Mews..." Dustin looked down at his food.

"Well your fault for what happened so you can buy her a new cat." I smiled in a smart ass way.

I sat down and ate my cereal as me and Dustin sat in silence. When we both finished our breakfast, I grab my bag and car keys with Dustin following me.

I hop in to Dustin already in the front, and start my car. I drive towards the school and park in the lot when I get there.

"Oh and y/n" I look at Dustin.

"You never have to be in hellfire again." He chuckles as I smile. We both get out of the car and enter the school together. As we walk down the hallway, me and Dustin stop as a hand appears on both our shoulders.

"Hendersons!" A voice shouts behind us causing us to turn. It was Eddie.

"So y/n are you joining us for the campaign later?" He asks. I look at Dustin and smile.

"No. No she's not." Dustin says sternly.

"Oh well that's too bad...y/n. I'll see you guys." Eddie says before running off to who knows what.

I decide not to go to class, which I skipped most days. So, I walk out to the woods behind the football field and make my way to my usual spot.

It wasn't much really but there a picnic table in the middle of the woods, and that's where I usually sat.

I walk in the woods to my spot, and I finally get there but notice something on the ground. So I start to walk back and bump into someone causing me to scream.

"Whoa, whoa, hey, hey, hey." I turn and see Eddie.

"Sorry." He says with a smile before it quickly fades.

"Didn't mean to scare you...You okay?" He asks.

"You just, you just startled me that's all." I politely smile.

"Well a little lady like you shouldn't be alone out here...I didn't even know anyone else knew about this spot." He flashes a smile at me before sitting down on the bench of the table.

"I thought I was the only one who knew." I laugh.

He stares at the me for a second before tapping the table. I walk over and sit across from him.

"So what do you do out here..." He asks as he puts his chin on his fists.

"Well I uh come here when I skip, I kinda just sit and think out here I guess."

"Oh. Well I come out here to smoke." He laughs as he pulls out a small black lunch tin.

"You haven't told anyone about this spot before have you?" I look worried.

He shakes his head. "No, have you?" I laugh and shake my head no.

"Well, seeing as we're the only people who know this spot...we could make this our spot?" He lifts up his hands.

I laugh. "Sure, not much I can do about so why not." He smiles.

"Hey..." He points his finger at me, "i thought your a cheerleader I mean yesterday you had a pretty pink eyeshadow on and now...well now you look good."

"Yeah well I hate cheer, I just do it for my mom."

"Wow, mommy's little girl." He laughs as I give him a glare.

"You know, I think I've been in your classes before..." He says.

"Really? When?" I ask.

"You don't remember?"

"I'm sorry..." I look down and smile.

As I look back up, he shoots his hand to his chest, and flies himself back, on the ground.

"Eddie!" I shout.

I get up and walk over to him, who is now crawling up off the ground, shaking the leaves off him.

"Well y/n, I wouldn't remember me either!"

"I'm okay, is there stuff in my hair?" He says laughing as he shakes out his hair.

I walk over to him and take a leave out of his hair.

"Missed one." I laugh. We sit back down and talk for hours before it's finally the end of the school day.

I walk back to my car, where Dustin's already outside of it.

"Can you drive me to Eddie's for the campaign?" He asks.
