Chapter 018

VOLUME 2 SPOILERS

After explaining my encounter with Peter to Brenner, he showed me some of the murders that have happened in Hawkins recently

It was 3 of them. They all looked like the children. The lab children that Peter killed. All of this evidence led Brenner, and Owen's to believe that Peter was doing this. That he'd been alive in another dimension

Peter, 001, Henry, ... I don't know. But it's all so scary, or stressful. Hawkins only hope is 011. She's the only child left, and she'd just get her powers back

I watched as 011 lifted Nina into the air. Everyone in the room clapped, impressed and relieved

I knocked on 011's door. "011? Can I come in?" It took a short while before she responded. "Yes"

Slowly I opened the door, stepping in. She was on the bed, now changed into some clothes. "How are you feeling?" I closed the door

"I'm good" She responded. "And you?"

"Good, thanks. I'm glad you have your powers back-" "I heard you, saw, 001. What was he like?"

I let a breath out. "Scary" I chuckled, "I don't even know why he didn't kill me, but tried to before" I looked down

"He loves you" I looked up at her, "No, 011 I-" "He did. But he is evil. He wants to kill my friends" I sat down next to her

"And he wants to kill me" She adds

"Brenner... papa, told me about you sending him to the upside down. Maybe he wants revenge?" "Yes"

I've noticed she speaks more, not one word responses. And her grammar is better

"So you, your gonna kill him?" "I will try"

Peter? Dead? I mean, he even thought he didn't kill me he wants and has killed others. And, we dis try to kill me before

I suppose 011 noticed the look on my face, and she placed her hands on mine

"001 is different. He is manipulative. Don't feel bad" "I don't. Trust me, I don't"

011 looked up at me, "Friends don't lie"
