Yes, this is likely similar to Drain Touch but this is much safer, because it can transfer your mana to another person without killing him or giving him an injury, you could also heal their injury in the form of Medical Mana Transfer, *shows right hand in green glow* this can heal any cuts, bruises or wounds in the cost of your own mana, the only drawback of this is you'll get exhausted if your mana is low.
