Wattpad is annoying because I don't have the option to post Notes like A03, BUT nonetheless I wanted to say that I have made a small but very important edit to Marcy portion of the last chapter that the whole story basically depends on, so if you would like to go take a look by all means! (Something to do with the shells on the box....)
Like I said, it's annoying because I don't have the option to post notes on the actual chapter, but I wanted to talk a little bit about Marcy's character since I noticed some people talking about her being evil. I'm just going to put what I posted on a03:
"In regards to Marcy's character, I tried not to make her too different from the actual show. I wouldn't call Marcy evil, the course of actions she is willing to take to get exactly what she wants is the similar to the path she chose to take in True Colors. Maybe it's due to the fact that I'm not the biggest Marcy fan, but I'm choosing not to ignore her toxic traits. Sasha's were acknowledged in the first few chapters, and she worked hard to solve them. Im not a fan of Marcy's redemption arc in the show because it wasn't as rocky as Sasha's, and she only acknowledged it herself until the very end. I also think that it was very easy to miss a lot of the horrible things Marcy did because she came off as so lovable. Marcy forced Anne to do things just as much as Sasha did, and played a huge part in ruining her birthday. So, the Marcy in this story is really just Marcy from the original show, except I am giving light to a side of her that most people turn away from. Her true colors are showing if you will. heh"
