A/N: So after seeing AoU three times this weekend, I got several ideas for how I want to characterize everyone in my story as well as having just a better feel for the MCU characters vs the comic characters. I honestly don't like a lot what Joss did, but if you want to talk that check out my tumblr or message me.
Instead, let's focus on the story at hand! I'm writing as fast as my hands will type and TRYING to get you new chapters, but it's so hard to write these chapters (I'll explain later). I'm still not pleased overall with some aspects and because of that I have to do some heavy editing so pleaseeee try to be patient because I'm trying!! As always, enjoy ^_^

Loki stormed out of the room, irritated to be around any of them for a moment later. It almost went completely unnoticed, as the entire room was too busy laughing and all singing to Steve now. That was, all except for Bucky who had no knowledge of the song being directed at his best friend.
It was he that caught sight of Loki's form slinking off. A sigh departed through his lips and he shook his head slightly. While he hadn't been present, or 'awake' during the attack on New York, he had seen the footage and heard the stories from dozens of S.H.I.E.L.D workers. Loki had killed hundreds of people, something he had in common with the Trickster. Looking back at Iselda who was in fits of giggles as Steve began to act out the lines of the song, he knew that he needed to do this, even if he was the only one who would.
Walking down the hallway, he passed by his doorway to get to Loki's; they were neighbors of sorts. Inside, he could hear the room being torn to shreds - lamps, books and an assortment of other things being hurled against the wall. Tentatively, he knocked and he heard a groan from the other side of the door.
"Go away Thor - I do not need assistance. I am not a child." Loki quipped
"It's Bucky."
From the other side of the door, he heard the bed creak and a few seconds later the door being unlocked. He was met face to face with the god, his hair disheveled from earlier and his hands slightly bloodied. His green eyes were moist, as if he had been on the verge of tears when the soldier had knocked. It was strange to see the god like this, someone so feared by the people of Earth to be so upset with what he had become in the eyes of everyone.
"May I come in?" He asked at last, remembering why he had come to the door in the first place.
An exasperated sigh left the Prince's mouth as he stepped to the side to let the metal-armed soldier in; it wasn't as if he was going to stop him or get peace and quiet until he let the soldier in. It was now that Bucky got a chance to look around the room - everything in sight was destroyed. There were holes in the wall, the desk chair had been shattered, the lamp was non-existent and book pages were strewn around the room. It wasn't too terribly surprising to him, he just hadn't imagined this much destruction. Though Bucky wouldn't admit it, but he could sometimes hear Loki screaming in pain at night, his nightmares running rampant through his mind. He was sure Loki had been woken up with the screams from his fair share of nightmares - he knew from both Steve and Natasha that he had woken up the entire floor several times with his cries. This also meant rest of the Avengers could hear Loki, aside from Thor who lived with Jane, and did nothing to halt his screams.
