After couple of more days someone knocked on the door of Ono's house. When Kion opened the door he noticed Hermit's assistant.
Assistant: Tomorrow you are going to fight with my Master.
And he walked away. Then Simba walked up to Kion.
Simba: What did he say?
Kion: Tomorrow is my fight with Hermit.
Simba: You are ready, i have seen you training and i know you will win.
Kion: Thanks dad, also how is Kiara's training going?
Simba: She is making progress, it was good decision to take her with us.
Kion: She can train with experts.
THE NEXT DAY
Kion entered the academy for the first time since his win over Crane, when he entered the plaza he saw Hermit meditating on the platform. When came closer to him, Hermit stood.
Hermit: Could you be the one I have been waiting for? Let us test your skills! - he said pulling out his swords and standing in the battle stance.
Kion also grabbed his sword and got into fighting position.

Both of them were giving everything they got, even if Hermit was more experienced Kion didn't lacked any skills, both of them were also using magic their magic. Kion was using Fire ball and Fire splash while Hermit was Water ball and Lightning arrow.
