TW: swearing, slight sexual joke

The afternoon sun shines in through the trailer window showering the interior with light, and splashing across the pages of my novel. I'm slouched on Eddie's bed in his hellfire shirt reading, like I usually do after school, listening to him practice guitar.
The light reflects on the light puffs of smoke being emitted from Eddie's cigarette, which waft through the trailer.

"Hey sweetheart, you wanna have a go?" Eddie calls to me, making me look up from my book.
"Hm?" I mumble, looking up. I'm still pretty drowsy from a full day at school.
"You wanna try practicing with me?" He repeats, gazing at me hopefully. I've been playing guitar for a few years, way before I met Eddie, but in the few months I've been dating him he's been helping me stay committed and practice. Plus, he's given me enough encouragement to start playing metal music. I've always loved metal, but have never had enough courage to actually play it. "Cmon I love hearing you play" he continues, pouting his lip and attempting the 'puppy dog eyes' which he actually does pretty well.
I smile at him softly. "I don't have my guitar here Ed" I sigh.
"Here" he replies, slinging his guitar off his shoulder carefully, extending it out to me.
"Really Munson? Letting me use your guitar?" I raise my eyebrow at him. He doesn't let anyone touch his guitar.
"Yeah yeah consider yourself honoured" he chuckles, sitting on the edge of the bed as I put down my book and crawl up to him and take the guitar gently.
I remove my guitar pick necklace from around my neck, ready to start playing. Eddie made the necklace for me when we started dating, since he wanted us to match. He has a red one, and I have a blue one, my favourite colour, and which matches my guitar.

Slowly I start playing the song I've been learning, "Iron Man" by Black Sabbath. I get the intro right, which I've been working on for a while. But I start to fumble on the chords once I get to a certain riff further on in the song, which I always struggle with. I repeat this section over and over, but just can't get it.
"Fuck" I criticise myself, repeating the chords desperately. "Why can't I get this god damn riff!"
"Hey it's ok, it's ok" Eddie assures me, gently grabbing my face with his hands.
"How am I supposed to play metal if I can't even play this, which is one of the easiest metal songs to play" I sigh, looking down, then back up at him.
"You'll get there, I promise" he says softly, planting a kiss on my cheek, causing me to smile. No matter how long we've been dating, the butterflies in my stomach never stop. He then pecks my other cheek, forehead and nose in quick succession, causing me to giggle and plant a quick kiss on his lips.
"I mean, with a wonderful teacher like myself, how can you not get it" he continues boastfully, letting his sarcastic side show again. "Besides, not everyone is blessed with wonderfully long fingers like myself, so it make take a while to get these chords right in the timing" he smirks, seeing the bright pink blush rising into my cheeks.
"Fuck, you're so cute y/n" he almost yells, only adding to the blush on my face.

"Anyway let me help you" he changes his tone, adjusting himself to sit behind me, with his legs on either side of mine, and his head looming over my right shoulder, his hair tickling my neck.
"So I keep messing up these chords" I say, giving him my best attempt at the difficult riff.
He nods, gently resting his left fingers against mine on the neck of the guitar, adjusting them to form the right chord.
"The trick is to move from this one" he plays a chord, "to this one" he plays another chord, "quickly. Which is what I think you're struggling with" he explains, gazing down at me, and I nod in reply.
"Let me show you" he offers, as I move my hand away and he leans down slightly, playing the chords. I can feel his breath against my neck, as I turn slightly to look at him. His twinkling eyes are fixated on the strings, concentrating. Yet he makes it look effortless.
He finishes the chords, and notices me looking at him, causing him to grin.
"You're so hot when you play" I say, looking up at him from under my eyelashes.
"Oh I know" he replies as his grin turns into a smirk, then changing his voice to a whisper, saying "not as hot as you look in my hellfire shirt though."
I giggle again as he winks. God he makes me feel like a little schoolgirl again, the way he makes me feel.
"Now stop gawking at me and start practicing" he continues, in his fake teacher voice.
"Sorry sir you're just so distracting" I roll my eyes, as Eddie helps me adjust my fingers again, before I start playing. After a few tries of this, I finally manage to get it sounding decent, as I play the chords at the right time.
"YES" I cry, jumping up slightly out of excitement.
"You did it baby" Eddie laughs, wrapping his hands around my stomach and nuzzling into my shoulder.
"Only because of you" I insist.
"Well I helped" he agrees. "But it was mostly my talented girlfriend, who also turns out to be hot as fuck" he mumbles into my neck.
"You flatter me Munson" I roll my eyes, smiling wide.
"What can I say, all Munsons are hot, it's just a fact. Including Munsons to be" he trails off.
Silence fills the air for a few seconds, as I process what he said. As this happens, an even brighter blush fills my cheeks, and I move Eddie's arms from around my waist. "Y/N...?" He starts, slightly confused as he leans back.
I stand up quickly and hang his guitar up, making sure it's secure and safe, just how he likes it. "I have to get this out the way" I say.
I return to the bed and sit beside him, tucking a piece of his curly, brown hair behind his ear. It may seem girly but I know he loves it when I do that. He breaks out into a grin again as he leans closer, tickling my lips with his.
"I love you sweetheart" he mumbles against my lips, resting his hands against my waist.
"I love you too Ed" I reply in a whisper, wrapping my arms around his shoulders, as we sink into the kiss.
