He will tower over many characters, a lot of them are portrayed to be a lot taller than one would expect for their actual heights, tatsumi and Lubbock are 5'5, Esdeath and Leone are 5'7, Akame is 5'4, Najenda is 5'8, only the really tall guys like Bulat, Budo, Bols, etc will be taller than (Y/n), anyways,

Honestly, it had been a long day. I was just about done after coming home from school. Anatomy had kicked my ass today, engineering wasn't much better, world history was boring, and chemistry was not much better. But calculus to finish off the day made the end feel so much longer. Oh yeah, there was also English, aka, naptime (Yeah, mc is taking two science classes, many of my friends did it) So I settled down and tried to read some Hinowa ga Crush! and then stopped trying to. Maybe a tv show? I watched a bit of Forged in Fire, just wanted to catch up a bit, so why not? I watch a few episodes before deciding it's enough.

You know what, time for some games.

I loaded up some random first person shooter and played for quite awhile until my head hurt. I grabbed a glass of water, and had dinner with the family.

(F/n): "Haven't seen you all day, straight to your room again?"

Me: "Yeah, this course load might have been a mistake."

(YS/n) (younger sister name): "Wish I could see you more big brother, we don't play as much as we used to"

Me: "Sorry kid, high school is a troublesome thing, but, I'm sure we'll be able to play more over the coming summer."

(M/n): "We understand that you want some time to yourself, and that you are tired after school, but we would all appreciate it if maybe you spent a little more time with the family."

(F/n): "Yeah, maybe we could go to the range again, it's been awhile."

Me: "Hell yeah!"

(YS/n): "Hell yeah!...?"

(M/n): *glares at the father and son* "I was thinking of something more inclusive of the entire family, you know, that (YS/n) and I can participate in."

Me: "Fine, let me know what you've got planned for a family activity when it's actually planned, I gotta get to sleep as soon as possible, school starts too early. Goodnight, love you all."

Family: "Goodnight (Y/n), love you too."

Little did I know that it would be awhile before I saw my family again. For reference, everything for them went fine from then on, but for me? Not entirely, though with where I was headed, it's not surprising. Heck, I even died there, to a certain extent. But that's for later, for now? I showered, brushed my teeth, flossed, hey, I like my teeth okay? And finally, I went to bed.

(Now talking in the present)

Hmm, was my bed always this hard, and upright, wait a minute. I don't think I went to sleep sitting up. I groggily open my eyes to find myself in an alley? That can't be right. I blink until I'm relatively awake, still in an alley. I get up and walk out, nothing good ever happens in alleys. I look and see a sword at my side as well, I unsheathe it.
