Hope's POV: Following Josie and Penelope down the sidewalk, I studied the two closely as they continued to whisper to each other in front of me. If I'm being honest, this felt more like I'm intruding on their date than an actual party. Shaking my head, I walked up an eerily familiar driveway before I felt my stomach drop as I stared at the house with a sense of dread.

That's odd. I've never even been here before, but I feel like I'm walking to the chopping block.

"Lizzie? Are you okay", Josie spoke up, making me realize that I've stopped walking.

"Yeah. Weird feeling I guess", I waved her off, following them to the door as Josie handed over the invitations. Wandering inside, I overheard Josie say something about getting us some drinks before Penelope and I was left alone. "Hey, I'm sorry about earlier", I told her.

"Oh, no worries", she smiled reassuringly.

"So, we're good", I asked her hesitantly, causing her to send me an odd look.

"Worried about my feelings, Blondie", she joked, causing me to swallow thickly as I glanced around the room, not sure what to do with myself. Lizzie said just to have fun, but that's easier said than done. What do I do? How do I act? Do I just be myself or act like Lizzie usually does? Is it too late to leave and go back to the school?

"Oh, hey. You made it", I heard someone say, causing me to turn around.

"Here I am", Penelope smirked, before the girl's eyes met mine.

"I see you brought your little...friends too", she hummed, sending me a fake smile. "Hey, Lizziebear", she greeted, causing my stomach to drop in realization.

Lizzie's POV: Closing another book with a frustrated huff, I buried my face in my hands with a groan before running my fingers through reddish-brown locks. This is ridiculous. All these stupid books in here, and not one of them say anything about time travel or body swapping. Some book collection. It's just basic defensive spells. There's not even one offensive spell anywhere in here. I really need to talk to my dad about that.

Glancing over at the clock, I swallowed thickly as I thought about everything that was supposed to happen tonight. It's all still a blur to be honest, but I could still remember the humiliation I felt after I realized what was happening. I could still see Josie's expression as I stormed off...

It's not like I'm worried that history might repeat itself. Hope can handle herself. She's not stupid enough to make the same mistakes I did.

Somehow, that thought calmed me down as I got up to put a book back on the shelve. "Hope", I heard someone say, causing me to tense up. "Doing a little light reading", they asked as I turned around to meet his warm, brown eyes.

I felt my grip on the books loosen before it fell to the floor with a dull thud, causing his smile to fade as his expression morphed into concern. "Mg", I whispered as tears formed behind my eyes.

Hurrying through the woods, I knelt down beside the last exit to the tunnels as I heard the wolves howling in the distance. "Mg? If you can hear me, you're plan worked. The werewolves are in the tunnels. All are sealed expect this one", I whispered as another growled reached my ears. "Just follow the sound of my voice", I said, listening intently for a moment. "Mg", I questioned, starting to become worried.

"I'm here. Just go ahead and seal that exit. Don't wait for me", I heard him say faintly.

"Are you okay? What happened", I questioned, searching the darkness for any signs of movement.
