3rd pov

Amber sighs softly as she was currently washing herself and her mind wonders back to when she spoke to Ghyslaine.

Flashback

Ghyslaine: "What's that sigh about young miss Amber?"

Amber turns around and saw Ghyslaine

Amber: "Ghyslaine, I thought you were with Eris?"

Ghyslaine: "I was, but I also have another young miss to take care of silly"

Ghyslaine smiled at Amber

Ghyslaine: "Was today's magic training that challenging?"

Amber: Shakes head "No, that's not it. It's just" Stares at Ghyslaine abut before looking away

Ghyslaine: "Oh? Does the young miss with to have big breasts?"

Amber huffs and used magic to splash Ghyslaine with water

Amber: "I do not wish to have them!" crosses her arms "I am my mother's daughter. My chest will grow big eventually when I am older"

Ghyslaine: "That is true"

Amber: "Either way... May I feel your tail?"

Ghyslaine: "Huh? Okay then" In head "She sure is a Boreas all right"

The two girls sat in the river, Amber feeling Ghyslaine's tail softly and humming softly at its softness

Amber: "Hey Ghyslaine, do you think I will be able to become a strong magician?"

Ghyslaine: "Is that what you are worried about? As of lately, your body seems to be embracing the magic along with your skilled weapon skills. You've also been growing a lot as well. I would say that you've probably reached Adept rank in Kenshinrynn"

Amber: "Oh?"

Ghyslaine: "Young miss as the mage combines with a scythe user and Y/N as the fighter. I think there is a balance right there. If you two were to become adventurers, I think you two would make a pretty good team"

Amber: "Adventurers? I wish I could be one." Amber stood up and looks at Ghyslaine "Ghyslaine. One day I would like us to all become adventurers and make our way through the labyrinths and whatnot."

Ghyslaine: "... Yes, that does sound lovely. But you know young miss. I won't always be able to be by your side"

Amber: "Ghyslaine?"

Ghyslaine: "That's why young miss.. If I am ever separated from the two of you, it will be up to you both to protect each other." she stood up "well if it's the two of you, I am sure it will work out nicely"

Flashback end

Amber rubs her head softly as she got dressed while looking at the clothing Y/N bought for her.

Amber: "Well me and y/n be able to protect each other?" Picked up the cloak and puts it on and smiled "I shall do my best"

Amber left the room and saw Y/N leaning against the wall with his head down, looking at the gauntlets. Y/N looked over at Amber and smiled

Y/N: "Feeling refreshed?"

Amber: "Yes I am y/n. So, what's the plan for today?"

Y/N: "Well, I would like to meet up with Rudues before the two of us go on a quest together"

Amber: "Very well then, let's go meet up with them"

The duo chuckled and would make their way to the inn their siblings were staying at. They made their way to the inn before hearing some voices inside

???: "Hey you in the hood! Are you a new adventurer? How about having a meal with me after this?"

Amber: "Hood? Think they are speaking to Eris?"

Y/N: "Maybe, let's just hope whoever it is doesn't get their asses handed to them"

???: "Oi, Oi. Hold up a sec.."

They hear a faint tear in the fabric and both went pale slightly

Amber: "Oh no"

Y/N: "Welp, their dead if Rudues doesn't butt in"

???: "Oh, whoops. But it is your fault for ign"

They hear a crash inside and amber opens the door to see what was happening

Eris: "What the hell do you think you are doing!?"

Y/N: "Been a while since Eris snapped"

Amber: "Indeed Y/N"

Eris: Walked over to the demon kid "These are the first clothes Rudues ever got for me!" Grabs the boy by the legs and lifted her leg towards his crotch "I'm going to make you regret this for the rest of your life. I'll stomp you into dust"

Y/N watched his happen as Rudues stopped Eris from destroying the kid's manhood with her foot. Narrowing his eyes when he saw where his brother was holding Eris

Amber: "Calm down Y/N, Rudues is trying to stop her"

Rudues: "You three-run! Now!"

Y/N and Amber moved out of the way as the demon kids left the inn.

Amber looks at Y/N

Amber: "I think we should leave them alone for now"

Y/N: Sighs "Rudues shall calm her down somehow. Let's go get some breakfast shall we?"

Amber: "Yea, let's leave them for now"

The duo walked back to their inn and got some breakfast to enjoy while eating Kylana brought y/n's spirit back to talk

Kylana: "My my. You didn't even stop them, such a shame."

Y/N: "So you came out again huh? What is it this time Kylana?"

Kylana: "Straight to the point as always I see. Anyway, it seems you don't have much to worry about"

Y/N: "Worried? Aside from the money, I can make money from killing monsters and selling their flesh and hides"

Kylana: "True, along with the rank quests you seem to be set for the time you are in the town."

Y/N: "What advice do you have for me this time?"

Kylana: "Take the hunting quest. I believe it is sometimes you learn to practice your blood magic."

Y/N: "Hunting quest?"

Kylana: "E-rank mission. That's all I have for you today. Until next time~"

Y/N woke up and looked at the ceiling before looking over to Amber

Y/N: "For her sake. I'll take it"
