Ace practically kicked down the front door of the B&B.

The others all fell in after him as the receptionist screamed her again, out of pure fear.

Ace went charging up the stairs, followed by his team.

They had all seen that candle.

It just had to be her.

Ace had said he felt it in his bones as he went racing up stairs and along the corridor.

Each cobra and agent began kicking down the doors.

Yes, they saw things they shouldn't have.

No, they didn't care.

Their focus was on Oceane.

Ace finally kicked one down as he heard a female scream from inside.

He stood in the doorway as he saw her standing by the lit candle.

He took a few steps to her but froze as he saw her flinch away, almost trying to climb up the walls.

He saw the bandage around her head.

"Stell... what happened?" He asked as the others came in.

Oceane instantly flinched backwards as she began to cry, seeing the men all there.

Ace held his hands up to stop them moving closer to her.

"Oceane..." Austin whispered as he ignored Ace and took another step closer, noticing the bandage.

"Who?" She asked as the first tear fell down her cheek.

They were silent.

It had happened again.

"Artois it's us." Eyeball spoke softly as he went to move closer to her. She couldn't forget them.

Oceane's feet scraped against the wall as she tried to push herself further away from him.

He stopped dead in his tracks.

"Please just leave..." she begged them quietly as they all heard the fear in her voice.

They had just kicked the door down and burst in her room.

She was petrified of them.

"You called?" Ace asked quietly as he looked down at the candle on the windowsill.

Oceane glanced down at it before back up at him. "It's just a candle?" She questioned as she stared at him blankly.

Ace stumbled backwards, being caught by Seth and Charlie.

That hurt him the worst.

Just a candle.

This coming from the woman who had to have one burning every single night in their bedroom for the last however many years.

"You don't even recognise us?" Evans asked as he pointed to her old agents.

Oceane shook her head slowly. "Please just leave me alone..." she begged out as more tears fell down her cheeks.

"Not a fucking chance." Ace instantly fired out.

Oceane flinched as Eyeball quickly placed a hand on Ace's chest.

"Dude, scaring her." He mumbled.

"Scaring her?" Ace scoffed out. "She's my fucking wife." He snapped harshly.

He turned back to Oceane as he felt his insides crack.

She really was scared of him.

"Oceane love, you've clearly had an accident..." Austin started as he tried to get closer to her. "Let us just take you home and help you."
