"Mhmm, then what are you gonna do?" Oceane whispered up at Ace as his arm tightened around her.

"You do not wanna-"

His sentence was interrupted by a loud crash inside.

They both looked straight ahead at their front door. Having just come home from one of her father's works events they were expecting the children to be fast asleep, the guys lazing, giving them the chance for Ace to do exactly what he wanted to Oceane.

Before either could speak the front door opened and Skylar burst out, panting slightly as he looked up at them.

Coughing he tried to straighten himself up as he gave them both a nod.

"Sir." He nodded at Ace.

"Ma'am." He nodded at Oceane.

Oceane detached her arm from Ace as she walked up to Skylar. Reaching up she pulled the suctioned cup bullet off his forehead and held it in front of him.

"Bedtime going well?" She asked as the guilt flashed on his face.

Skylar coughed slightly. "See, about that..." he started but stopped as she almost pushed past him and went into the house.

Eyeball, Charlie and Jack tried not to laugh behind Ace as Skylar looked between the them before his eyes landed on Ace.

"Your kids are fucking evil!" He snapped as he turned and walked back into the house.

Ace laughed as he followed him in.

"AUSTIN JOHN MERRILL YOU GET YOUR ARSE DOWN HERE RIGHT NOW!" Oceane's voice flooded the house.

"YOU TOO SALVATORE RICHARD MERRILL!" Ace shouted as he walked over to her.

Yet to their surprise Hero was the one who waddled out carrying the toy gun.

"Hero?" Ace questioned as he looked down at the 3 year old.

She gave him a huge grin as she proudly held up the gun.

"Yeah mum?" AJ asked as he came round from behind the corner.

"Who shot Skylar?" She snapped down at him.

AJ didn't answer but pointed down at his little sister. Oceane turned to Hero as Hero continued to stand there, happily holding her gun.

"Wait hang on," Ace started as he looked around. "Where's Austin and Hugo?"

AJ went red in the face.

"Austin John Merrill you better tell me where they are." Oceane snapped down harshly.

"It was an accident!" AJ tried to shout.

This only caused worry to rise in both parents. Yet as Ace took a step closer to his now 7 year old son, AJ raced off.

"Fucking shit." Ace snapped as they all rushed after AJ.

Eyeball scooped up Hero as Charlie quickly disarmed her from the gun, much to her annoyance.

They walked into the children's den where they all saw Austin and Hugo tied back to back, teddies shoved in their mouths.

Salvatore turned instantly and the guilt and fear spread on his face as he saw his parents glaring down at him.
