Chapter 2: The attack

Robins POV:

Per usual, i'm sat waiting for Steve at school because somehow im early, Christmas has come early! It's a miracle!
It wasn't long until i see the stupid dingus hair around the corner.
'Robin!' He shouts.
'Steve, how am i here before you?' I sigh and shake my head. The man looks terrible,
'Oh uh, i couldn't sleep?'
'Mhm sure...' I smirk at the boy, he's most definitely crushing on someone, i can tell. This is the 5th time in a row he's been late.
'What?' I begin walking away,
'What?!?' Steve frantically repeats as i continue walking away. He hurries up his walking until he has to run to catch up with me because i'm to far ahead. I just laugh and keep walking.

No one's POV:

Eddies sat in science, unfortunately with Jason, the only good people in this class were Steve and Robin. The teacher walked in and announced a new seating arrangement. Eddies eyes widen as he hears the seating plan. He's sat next to Jason...
fuck! he is literally going to kill me
and worst of all, he's sat one row from the back where the teacher can't see. Jason smirks, clearly having something in mind for him, Eddie did not like this one bit.

Eddie begrudgingly begins to make his way over to his new seat and sighs as he can't even get out of this predicament. Steve is sat behind him and Eddie noticed this when he takes a glance around. Sighing in relief, Eddie sits down begrudgingly and leans on his palm. He knows Jason won't try anything with Steve behind him. Well, at least he think so, because he really doesn't know how close Steve and him are, he's just relying on a myth here. Robins sat on the other side of the classroom, looking panicked as she sits next to Vickie, and then her eyes meet Eddies, and then see Jason. Her eyes widen even more and, if even possible, her eyes are filled with pure terror. She knows what Jason can do and she makes loads of hushed hand signals and actions to alert Steve quickly.
Steve looks infront of him to see a panicked Eddie and a plotting Jason. He takes a mental note to keep an eye on them both.

Jason had been bothering Eddie all throughout the class, kicking him, throwing stuff at him. Nothing to far though (thankfully). It was now the end of the class and Jason grabbed Eddie and whispered in his ear something which made his eyes go wide. Now it wasn't like Eddie to look so god damn panicked and yet Steve couldn't help but wonder what it was he had whispered. He pretended to walk out the classroom while Jason and Eddie stayed behind. He didn't go far though, he stood by the door, listening in and then he heard the metallic swish of Jason pulling something from his pants and Eddies frantic whispering, he then heard a flick. Steve immediately realised what it was. A fucking pocket knife. Steve ran in just as Jason sliced through Eddies left thigh and when Jason realised someone had come in, his eyes widened and he looked panicked, he quickly stabbed the knife into Eddies other thigh and legged it. Steve put his arm out making Jason fall over and black out,
shit shit shit!!! he screamed mentally, Eddie was now surrounded in blood, and it was pooling around him, making it look as if someone had literally just say him down in a puddle. It was terrifying.
'Eddie?! Hey Eddie try stay awake alright?' he shouted as he ran over to him.
'S-Steve?' Eddie sputtered, 'Oh fuck Steve! For fucks sake man, get some h-help!' Eddie spat, he obviously didn't intend to be mean but he was in A LOT of fucking pain right now. He could feel his eyes shutting and he just let them.
'No no no! Eddie, EDDIE! Stay awake man. Stay awake!' Robin had clearly heard the commotion after wondering why Steve wasn't out yet. She walked in and to her horror was the scene before her,
'HOLY SHIT!'
'Robin? ROBIN! Get some help!!'
'ON IT!' an echo of holy shits could be heard down the hall. If Eddie wasn't so god damn fucked right now he would've laughed, But yet those holy shits are the last things Eddie could hear before he blacked out.

Eddie was now currently sitting in a hospital bed, with Steve and Robin at his side. He wasn't awake yet...
'So, repeat to me what happened again?' An officer asked Steve.
'I walked in and Jason Carver was there, with a pocket knife and he sliced up Ed's left thigh, he then noticed me and stabbed his right thigh with the knife.'
'Jason Carver? Wasn't he that Chrissys boyfriend?' The officer replied, his head slightly turned in questioning curiosity, 
'Yea, he thought Eddie killed her and he still believes it despite everything else.'
'Thank you for you time Mr. Harrington.' Steve just nods solemnly.

Eddie slowly opens his eyes to be blinded by a white light causing him to quickly squeeze them shut again.
Steve walks into the room and notices, he quickly runs over to him.
'Eddie!!! You're awake!'

THERES THIS CHAPTER WOOOO so Eddies got beaten up, what will his words be to steve and robin when he reply's, and will Steve finally accept he likes guys? maybe, maybe not. but anyways, i hope you guys enjoy this chapter as i do with all the other chapters :)
