"That should be everything. Alright, Gir! Minimoose! Ready?" Zim called.
"Nyah!" Minimoose squealed.
"Ready, masta!!!" Gir chuckled.
"To the Voot!" Zim ordered.
The platform below Zim and his robotic servants lifted them up through the lab and the living room and into the attic where Zim's ship was safely stored.
Or at least where it was supposed to be safely stored.
Upon reaching the attic, the Voot before him was on the brink of falling apart with random pieces scattered everywhere. It was barely retaining its shape.
And at the center of the mess, elbow deep in metal parts, was his arch nemesis.
"Dib..." Zim spat. His insides boiled with pure rage.
Dib glanced up and froze, his eyes widening with fear. "Uh... hey, Zim. Didn't hear you come in."
"You. Destroyed. The Voot..." Zim hissed.
Dib gulped and took a step back. "I can't let you leave Earth..."
Zim's antennae twitched and he clenched his fists. A low growl rumbled in the back of his throat, and his arms shook uncontrollably.
"Uh... Zim?" Dib asked nervously.
"What'ssssss WRONG!" Gir bellowed.
"You will pay for this, Dib." Zim's voice was unusually quiet, but had a biting tone. Then he laughed. A small chuckle at first, but it grew slowly into an ear splitting maniacal cackle.
Dib took a step away from the Voot. "I think I should go."
"It's too late for that, Dib!" Zim yelled. His PAK legs extended in a flash and he darted for Dib.
"Ah!" Dib screamed and made a break for it, ducking behind the Voot and looping around towards Gir.
"There's no escape now, human pest!" Zim darted after him, his robotic leg extensions scraping against the floor with each step. "HAHAHAHA! YOU'LL NEVER SEE THE LIGHT OF DAY AGAIN!!"
"You're toast, Mary," Gir chuckled.
"Shut up!" Dib ducked one of the sharp legs aimed for his head. It stabbed through the floor, making a hole that led to the living room.
For a split second, Dib grinned. But his smile quickly faded as Zim's PAK leg came flying in for another round.
Dib ran in a circle around Zim, dodging the sharp legs stabbing into the ground. All of them came close, but none of them hit.
Zim roared with anger and leapt into the air, aiming all four legs at Dib.
Dib dodged at the last second, rolling to the ground and coming to a stop near Gir and Minimoose.
Gir was eating popcorn.
Zim quickly pulled his legs free and moved to stab again. "There's nowhere to go, Dib!"
"That's what you think!" Dib spat.
The floor below them creaked.
Zim gasped and glanced down. He had connected a perfect circle of stab marks and now the entire floor was about to give out.
Before Zim could register it, the floor caved into the room below. Gir, Dib, and Minimoose remained on the upper level, but Zim crashed with the rubble below. He caught himself with his PAK legs, and glared up at Dib, clenching his teeth.
