"Thank you!" She ordered a triple scoop of peanut butter and chocolate in a cup. Will he show up? It was a wild guess.

Only 2 people were sitting at a separate table. The rest of the lot was empty. "I guess it won't be hard for him to spot me," she mumbled, taking a bite.

The phone started ringing. When the girl went to answer, Ji-Woon's contact appeared.

"Found you~."

Elle let out a startled squeak, looking up from the small device. Ji-Woon loomed over the table with a smirk plastered on his face. She mentally cursed herself, for the ice cream was blocking her senses.

"That's a lot for a little thing like you." He chuckled, sitting down.

"Well, it's been a while. -and I'm nervous."

"I can see." He eyed the girl up and down. She was small compared to him. He was 6.4, and she appeared only 5.

"I'm 5.2," She stated.

Ji-Woon's countenance changed to surprise. How did she-

I told you that I'm psychic. She spoke in his mind. While not making eye contact. Licking away the melted cream, "Do you believe me now?"

The Korean idol simply nodded. Stunned for words.

"Good."

There were a few minutes of silence before Ji-Woon popped the question. "How long have you been like this?"

Elle shrugged. "I think I was born with it. I always felt as if strange things were happening. -but I didn't put everything together until I turned 13. Then I started taking everything seriously."

This wasn't a conversation to have out loud, so Ji-Woon expected Elle to read his mind. Have you killed anyone before?

This question didn't surprise her. No. I can influence others. I've manipulated people into doing things. Telepathy.

She took another bite. I am training myself to master telekinesis and psychokinesis. Moving or manipulating objects with my mind. I know I've already learned psychic coercion.

Ji-Woon was lost. Psychic coercion? What is that?

Psychic coercion is the term for controlling others. It's tricky to explain. Elle sighed as if she was tired. "I have my research at my place. Maybe I can transfer the information to you later." She threw the empty cup into the trash.

"Alright." He rubbed the back of his head. "Anything else? Is there another reason you brought me here?"

She thought for a moment, "Well... I have to be honest. You were my favorite out of the band, and I felt as if you stood out from the crowd."

"Really now?"

Elle nodded, "-and I don't know why, but since we talked, I started to get weird feelings. Now I just want to figure out what they are."

Ji-Woon found this amusing. He smirked, "Oh, I know what it is~."

She gave him a curious glance, "Really?"

The idol removed his shades, "It's my charm." With a sly smirk, "I tend to steal girls' hearts~."

"I see... Well, I don't think it's a little fangirl crush." She leaned against the chair. "I've never bothered to seek attention until now. I don't know why." Smiling, "-but I do know that some of your songs have helped me focus during my tests."

"How so?"

Elle glanced at the young model. He seemed entangled with what she had to say. Well, I am being honest with him. She didn't speak in his mind this time. Maybe that's what he appreciates? I am also trying to treat him like an ordinary person.

"They stir certain emotions. I don't think spiritual is the right word." Glancing around the room, "It's like... I need an intense emotion to fuel my work."

"What kind of emotion?"

She shrugged, "-anything along with fear and rage. Sometimes when I hear music that gives me a powerful-like sensation, it's rather easy. Death of a Bachelor, for example."

Ji-Woon hummed, thinking of something to say. -but he quickly remembered she could hear his thoughts. "Why don't I take you shopping?"

Elle snickered, knowing he just blurted it. "I get it. Don't fret." She hummed, smiling, "It's ok. You don't need to get anything for me."

"Let me treat you. It's rather obvious that you enjoy my company~."

Who wouldn't? "I don't appreciate people buying things for me."

"Eh, I have a feeling that..." he smirked, "you do the same for others."

"What? Do you mean like... Secretly buy stuff for my friend and spoil him at random? No way!"

Ji-Woon full-on laughed, making Elle giggle too. It was true. She did enjoy his company. -but she was still wary about him. Part of her was convinced that he wouldn't plan anything, knowing she'll hear his thought processes. -and Ji-Woon was aware of it, too. He decided not to think, just act.

Enjoy the moment. "Come on... Please?"

She gave up, "Fine."

The Korean idol mentally cheered himself, grabbing the girl's hand and leading her to the closest shop.

"Are you sure?" She looked behind her.

"Absolutely!" Ji-Woon shooed the girl to get whatever she wanted.

"Um, ok then?" She worked hard to hide her excitement. -but her fast pace around the racks of clothing gave it away. Just- don't get greedy, she told herself.

"Get whatever your little heart desires." He repeated, watching her hesitate.

"I'll take it into consideration." She mumbled.

"-I heard that~."

"Mmhmm." Honestly, Elle had no idea what she wanted. All the clothes she has at home are bland.

"You don't know what you want. Do you?" Ji-Woon rested his hands on her shoulders, which she enjoyed. "Would you like some help?"

"Ok."

Elle only got one thing from American Eagle. A casual t-shirt. For the most part, Ji-Woon dragged her around the place and made her try new styles.

"I like this."

She glanced at what he was holding, "Oh, no. Absolutely not!"

"Why not?" He tucked the white crop top into his basket, "I'll find something to go with it!"

"No! You don't-" He was already gone. Searching for a skirt of some sort that could match. He'll be the end of me... She followed.

The idol exclaimed something in his foreign tongue before holding up a black skirt with pockets and a belt. From the look on his face, Elle knew she couldn't say no.

"Come on, girl! Just try them on!" He tossed them to her.

Her face turned into a scowl, "Fine!"
