Irene invited him inside. He was sobbing in his hands, mumbling in what seemed to be Korean. Unsure of what to say, she just sat beside him, resting her hand on his shoulder.

After a few minutes, he stopped, numb. His shaky breaths slowed, and he instantly appeared exhausted.

What should I say? The girl wasn't good with words. She's more talented with physical comfort.

"I'm sorry."

Snapping out of her thoughts, "What?"

Ji-Woon looked at her, "You must be confused." He choked on a sob, "-about why I'm here."

Irene was indeed confused, but seeing him emotionally distressed made her want to hold him. I'm simply acting like the person I needed as a child. "Well, I assumed you wanted to disappear after- wait..." She gave him a solemn look. "Why did you come to my house??"

He chuckled nervously, rubbing the back of his neck. "Well... I might've seen some of your content." Smiling, "You could possibly consider me a fan~."

Irene could've sworn her heart stopped beating. Someone higher than her- more famous than her- a fan? Impossible! "I don't believe you."

"Hmmm," Ji-Woon stroked his chin as if he was thinking. Smirking, he began listing random things like the video games she played, along with a few of her favorite things. "You rarely played Minecraft, thinking no one would enjoy it. It amazes me how skilled you are at shooting games. Oh! Royal Blue and Purple Hearts are your top favorite colors."

"OK!" Irene waved her arms, having enough. "You can stop!"

The Korean idol laughed. "Let me guess... I sound like a stalker?"

"Somewhat." Irene forced herself to breathe, "I need a minute." She didn't wait for him to respond before leaving. She rushed to the bathroom and locked the door. What is going on?? One moment this Korean pop star's band burned to a crisp in a fire, and now he's in my house?!

"Um, hello?"

She jumped at Ji-Woon's voice. "I'm fine."

"I'm sorry. Did I scare you with what I said?" He sounded concerned.

"No. No, it's alright." Nothing was alright. She felt the sudden urge to bawl her eyes out... -and the worst part was she didn't know why.

Footsteps faded, convincing the distressed girl that he went back to the couch. Or he could be snooping around my house... Would he do that?

Irene closed her eyes and searched for her target's location. She frowned, knowing he wasn't where she thought. Instead, he was digging around in the fridge.

I suppose he would be hungry after everything that's happened today. The troubled girl unlocked the door, clearing her throat, "I suppose you're hungry?"

Ji-Woon jumped as if he was just caught committing a crime. "Um, yeah... I am." His countenance changed to concern, "Your nose is bleeding. Are you alright?"

Irene quickly wiped the crimson liquid on her sleeve, "Yeah. It's just stress." She faked a smile. "I'm alright. Only confused about why you chose to come here."

The idol ran his fingers through his lavender hair. "Well, I already said that I enjoy your videos."

Cocking a brow, "Is that all?"

"Er... No. I-" He exhaled, "The only reason we planned this trip was to see you. Yes, we were going to perform, but I hoped to see you at the concert. If you showed up, I planned to invite you to spend time with us."

"In the VIP room?"

"Yes. So," Ji-Woon stepped closer, "I came by, and honestly, I want to spend as much time with you as possible."

The girl was still having a complicated time believing this. She wasn't sure if she wanted him here after everything he's said. At the same time, she didn't think she could kick him out without enraging him.

Wait! Enrage him? Where did that come from? Oh, crap. ESP, what do I do? "I can order a pizza," She quickly blurted. "-to help take our minds off today."

Ji-Woon's eyes seemed to visibly brighten, "Ye! Jebal!" (Yes! Please!)

Irene giggled at his sudden change of mood. She had no idea what he said but got the message as he suddenly appeared silly. Kinda like Danny...
