Karlie's POV

"Come on Dylan, time for breakfast!" I yell to her across the large house, hearing footsteps running to the table. I put her plate in front of her, and she begins eating immediately. It's been a couple months since Tree told Taylor she has to come out, and Tay has an interview this morning, and has finally decided that she is ready to do this.

She is upstairs, getting ready in our bathroom, and I told her I'd make breakfast. She's been really depressed ever since that day she told Toni off, and I've really stepped up, taking Dylan to and from school, cooking for them, taking care of the house. I can't imagine how hard this is for her to do, but yesterday when Dylan and I got home, she told me she was ready, and I am so proud of her.

I haven't minded one bit stepping up, and doing all of these things, not one bit. She has never had someone to support her like this, and I'm so glad I can finally give this to her. Dylan seems to be so happy to be spending all this time with me anyway. I never thought I would have children, but I really do love her as if she were my own, I feel like I have a family, and I've never been happier.

"Babe! Come eat before you have to go!" I yell up the stairs, hoping she will hear me. Soon enough, I hear her footsteps running downstairs, and I can't help but smile to myself, thinking how alike her and Dylan are. Taylor kisses my cheek before sitting at the table and downing her food as well. I take my seat next to her, joining the girls for breakfast.

"Mommy, why are you so dressed up?" Dylan asks her, looking to her confused.

"I have a special meeting today babes, I won't be too long, okay?" Taylor reassures her before they finish their meal.

"This was really good mom, thank you," Dylan hugs me, before running to her room. Taylor and I look to each other, questioningly and speechless. She has never called me anything besides Miss Kloss.

"Did she just call me mom?" I ask, in disbelief.

"I think she did? Has she done that before?" Taylor asks, just as confused.

"No, never. She's refused to even call me Karlie," I reply, in shock. We hear her footsteps running back towards us.

"I'm sorry Miss Kloss, I didn't mean to call you mom," she seems embarrassed, and it probably just hit her what she said.

"Sweetie, you're fine," I hug her.

"You can call her mom if you want, Dyl," Taylor says, rubbing Dylan's back.

"Are you my mom?" Dylan looks to me, questioningly, and I look to Taylor, unsure on how to handle this situation.

"She kind of is, you can call her that," Taylor tells her and Dylan hugs me tight. This is new, something I'm going to have to get used to for sure. I'm sure Taylor is going to have to get used to it as well, "she takes care of you like I do, and she loves you like I do, she's your mom too," Taylor finishes her talk with Dylan. I'm in disbelief, I didn't think that would be okay with Taylor at all, but it seems as if she is kind of excited that Dylan sees me as a mother figure.

"Okay," Dylan smiles, running back to her room to play.

"I'll be back soon babe, I love you," Taylor says, and I kiss her forehead, not wanting to mess up her make-up before her interview.

"I love you, you can do this," I encourage her, hugging her tightly.

"Dylan! I'll be back soon!" I hear her yell, Dylan yelling goodbye.

"I'll watch the interview, know I am here supporting you this whole time, okay?" I tell her, looking into her blue eyes. She sighs a breath of relief.

"I'll be back soon, it's now or never," she lets go of me, walking out the door to her driver's car, heading to her interview. I turn on the T.V. patiently waiting, knowing it starts in about half an hour.
