(12) Suspicious...

Randy POV

Me and Ray is still in the garden, just admiring the nature. Ray decided she wanted to walk around and look at the flowers closely so I let her, since I believe she's strong enough.

While she explores the garden, I'm looking out for more people who possibly could recognize her as Kira. I don't like it when she's uncomfortable, I mean, that's just weird... being followed around cause you're famous, to the point that you can't even shower in peace.

I'm out here, laughing at my dumb thoughts when a nurse - or should I say, nurse Violet came up to us.

"Mr. Bullet?" She asks, completely ignoring Ray who's standing right in front of her. "Yes?" I replied.

"The doctor wants to see Ms. Ray asap," She paused, faking a smile towards Ray. "W-why are you telling me this?" I asked, confused.

"Oh, she just looked like she was minding her own business and enjoying the garden, so I thought why not tell the person who's taking care of her." She smirked. What?

"I'm not taking care of her, but yeah sure... we'll head inside." I smiled, before looking at Ray who stayed there in silence, uncomfortably.

I smiled at Ray as soon as we caught each other's stare, and walked towards her. I then, pulled her into a side hug. I don't know what it is, but Violet is looking at us in a weird way. Hmm maybe Violet is just bitter? I brushed the thoughts away when I felt like Ray could barely stand up.

I turned to look at her only to see her having her eyes shut tight. "Are you okay?" I asked, whispering. She just nodded before responding. "Yeah, just a little dizzy." She smiled before sitting on the wheelchair.

I heard my phone ding, I took it out of my pocket and saw a text notification from Ramee.

April is here in the
lobby if you wanna
talk to her.

"Apparently, April came to visit." I whispered towards Ray with a smile. "Really?" She asked excitedly, her mood brighten up hearing her name. "Yeah." I chuckled. "Let's go then!" She said, sounding like a kid.

"Okay baby." I smiled, not even realizing what I just said. Ray looked up at me with a smirk. "Who are you calling baby?" She said, a certain tone in her voice which left me blushing.

She just laughed after seeing me flustered. "There's no way in hell, you just did that." I said, immediately joining in with her laughter.

"This is the second time I made you flustered." She commented as we started heading inside the hospital. "You've been counting?" I asked. "Hell yeah." She giggled.

We soon reached the lobby where April and Ramee were talking at each other by the water dispenser.

"April! My gworll!" Ray greeted her with a wide smile, April then rushed toward us and hugged Ray. "OMG! I missed you! How are you?" April said, immediately taking Ray with her, leaving me alone.

"Sometimes it feels like I'm third wheeling in my own relationship." Ramee sighed, looking down on his phone. "Hee, yeah right." I giggled.

"So what you up to bro? Wanna grab lunch together? You and I, double R you know what I'm sayin'." Ramee said, pocketing his phone. "Sure, I am starving."
