Welcome to the rewrite of the Parents as Enemies book. It's been mad that it's been over a year already, hasn't it? Let's give ourselves some time to remind ourselves of the lore and what rules are in what... Hopefully, there will be more chapters, and more decent writing this time. I apologise (especially to those who were on Reddit) for the inconsistencies and the bad writing. I'm going to make it 100 times better than last time. And my art has improved too, at least I think my art has improved. At least they have necks now. People reading the original should find this one and read this one too, and hopefully, this one is enjoyed just as much as the four people who read the original all the way through. As for context as to why the writing is so bad... let's just say I was in a really bad place. But I'm getting better now, so I'm rewriting it now.
Have you read the other book? Scrap it. Literally, everything is changing.
Countries are immortal. This is how Roman Empire, Reichtangle and any other ex-countries are still alive, and it also explains how Poland survive being ripped in half. Countries will retire after their human counterparts retire and announce a change in government.
Old (or ex-) countries do not have teaching jobs at the school; they are mainly there for protection against the humans that wish to eternally torture them. Even if they have done some horrendous acts. They also mainly hold lesser-taught subjects.
Countries also have magic types, and some are generalised types whereas others have very specific types of magic. For example, North Korea has generalised radiation-type magic, whereas Japan is strictly limited to teleportation (the male twin at least, he's the one who represents the twin's peoples). This filters down to the general population as well, whom have smaller and more limited powers based off their representative's powers.
Some countries can get immensely corrupted by their human rulers and can get so corrupted that they can't reverse themselves.
Germany, ex-soviet states (bar from Poland, who's already gone through this process a couple of times) and others who were released after WW2 and the Cold War have to be re-educated in what a countryhuman's role is - we follow Germany's journey through the last year of this school (set in 2015, 10 years of schooling should be enough to help them understand everything), soon ready to re-integrate into the political scene.
Set in 2022, most Student countries will be 16-18

I hope this book is better than my last one. Have a good read.
