Sorry for the long space between uploads, college is getting crazy.

Soon the four of them would reach the halls, where the majority of the students already were, sitting down and starting to chatter amongst themselves. The halls were loud, which is why Germany usually avoided the busy times, but today they had to sit in them once off the train, so he braved the noise and sat at the quietest table, with Japan, Italy and Russia soon following. Russia was still dead quiet, usually just nodding along with the conversation, but that was how apparently how he was, in and outside of class time, so Germany just went along with it. It was nice to have someone added to their friend group, and it wasn't too big either. Just the four of them, talking about what they did over the summer and starting to get back into the groove of their school year.

Eventually, countries would be starting to be given their room keys after a rambling speech from the UN that Germany nearly fell asleep through. He didn't know why the UN always gave the most boring speeches, but he did and always felt that maybe some of the other organisations that ran the school would do better. Everyone was given their dorm keys and directions on where the other dorms were, and they were sent off. Russia was put into the Asian sector due to the lack of space in the European sector, which was almost always overcrowded, though once Germany and Italy had dumped all of their bags in their respective rooms, they made their way to the Asian sector, knocking on the door to let Russia and Japan know that they were ready. In an instant, Japan flung open the door, letting the two of them into her room which was somehow already decorated with her posters and models everywhere. They spent the night in Japan's room, talking and catching up with each other, Russia between Japan's and his own room. Whenever they got too loud in their talking, he would leave to his own room, assumingly not liking the loudness of the room, and occasionally chirping in with what he did, though it was sporadic and in a very quiet voice. They left the dorms at lights out, and when the Prefect of that area decided they had enough and kicked them out of the dorms so that Japan and Russia could go to sleep, and Germany and Italy both went off to their rooms, getting a good nights sleep.

Germany woke up early, around 0630 as per usual. Stretching, he would put on his prosthetic leg and walk towards the shower, taking one to wake him up. He spent a while in there, just thinking some things over whilst in there. He was wondering where everything was going to be this year, and how the lessons was going to go. He was nervous, but also excited...just one more year and perhaps he would get permission to actually work in some parts of his own government, try and help make better decisions for his people. Or even he would be some sort of advisor, or even just a public speaker. That would be nice, absolutely a dream come true. Soon he realised that he had spent too much time just standing under the nice warm water, and stepped out, trying himself off and putting on some clean uniform before grabbing his things and heading down to the main halls. By the time he got there, it was about 0715 and the halls were open for breakfast, and he took his usual seat, near the corner of the hall, and began to take a small amount of food, still not eating much.

About half an hour later, Germany would get a poke on his shoulder and he would look up from his phone to see Japan, Italy and Russia, Italy looking like they didn't get enough sleep and currently chugging some energy drink. Russia looked like he was ready to go and Japan was currently chowing down everything that was in front of them. Smiling as Russia sat next to him, he would munch on his cold toast and make small talk as the teachers went around and handed all of them their timetables. "Hey, Russia, what do you have today?"

Russia would look through his timetable, just focusing on today's column. "Hmm....Maths....Language classes...and then some magic training in the afternoon..." He would glance over at Germany's timetable, noticing that it was the same. "Oh, we have the same classes all week..."

"Oh!" Germany would smile, though he wouldn't know why exactly he smiled. "That's great...I can show you around, if you'd like...you're only here for one year, right?"

Russ nodded and sighed. "Yup, just one year...hopefully, if everything goes according to plan...are you thinking about college? I am, I want to get some sort of degree after this..."

Germany hadn't thought about a degree, though he didn't particularly find interest in getting one. After all, he could get into most courses just with the grades that he had, but he had already been offered jobs from within the government. Perhaps if that line of work doesn't work out, he would go back to school, but right now he had a clear path ahead of him. "I'm not particularly interested in college...though I think it would be good for you, Russia, especially down some sort of arts degree or something."

Soon the bell rang, and they finished up their conversations, heading to first class - math. Germany loved math class, not only because Canada taught this particular class, but because he just likes math in general. Though that was not the general consensus of his class, it seemed like, as during that lesson he was practically the only one paying attention. Russia, who had sat next to him, was genuinely trying, though was struggling hard with the material that he had been given and seemed to get numbers confused most of the time. Germany tried his best to help him through the class, but eventually he was cut off by the next class bell. Next class up was Foreign Languages, taught by Spain, though nothing interesting happened during that class, and all that class, Germany was just constantly thinking about the magic classes, which was run by NATO, and thinking what kind of powers him and his classmates had or was going to be tested for.

This should be fun.
