⁂ GONG JUN ⁂

He looked at the indoor golfing net and took a few deep breaths. He never had any illusions that he was good at sports. At least not when it required coordination. He had always been a strong and fast runner, a regular at the gym and he had one killer balance if he could say so himself. Even though he had learned how to play basketball when he grew up—and trained a bit for his role in Shining Like You—he wasn't a natural when physical activity required something other than his own limbs involved. And sometimes, even his own limbs were a challenge. But he was resilient. And he was going to do his best. Not only because that was simply who he was, but because he didn't want to make a fool of himself in front of Zhang Zhe Han.

"Junjun?"

The intimate nickname pulled him out of his head and back to the dinner and the other two people around the table. He looked at them and blinked a few times, realizing that Zhang Zhe Han must have been calling him a few times.

"Junjun?", his co-star repeated.

"Oh, sorry, Zhang Laoshi. I was looking at the indoor golf net, I have never seen one before. Not that I have ever golfed before." He could feel the blush heating up his face and he took a sip from his beer.

He watched Zhang Zhe Han lean back in his chair and tilt his head, his long fringe falling around his face, making him look very soft and sensual. With a subtle smirk curling his lips, he responded, "Isn't it about time you call me Da-Ge? Or Han-Ge?" He raised an eyebrow and widened the smirk, "Or Ge-Ge?"

Before he knew it, he was laughing loudly, "Okay, Da-Ge."

Knowing that Sun Xi Lun was looking at them, he shook his head to try and calm his nerves. He removed some of the meat from the stewed chicken placed at the center of the table and put it in Zhang Zhe Han's bowl. They had been at this all dinner, putting food in each other's bowls to the extent where they had barely put any food into their own bowl. Their bowls had also been topped up by Sun Xi Lun from time to time, and they had fed the boy plenty

as well. Though there was something fizzing in the air between the two of them and his heart was skipping a few beats now and again. Those dark chocolate colored eyes met his, crinkling to the sides. They were both gentle and teasing, such a lethal combination and whenever aimed his way, they would obliterate whatever he was thinking of. It was also what he considered Zhang Zhe Han's signature eyes for the past few days. He was both scared to meet them, but unable to look away from them.

Zhang Zhe Han pouted, "Junjun, I can't eat anymore. I'm full. Please stop feeding me or I wont be able to fit into my robes tomorrow."

It was obvious that his co-star was faking it just to fuel their banter, but it was also pretty cute. Then again, most of the things his co-star did was cute. And if he thought that Zhang Zhe Han's eyes sparkled just a little bit extra when his co-star teased him, then that was between him and his overactive imagination.

He leaned back in his chair and took another sip from his beer, "Da-Ge, you're in beggar costume anyway. It's not that tight."

Zhang Zhe Han laughed and took a few sips from his own beer, "Okay, how about we stop eating and try out the golfing instead?"

Sun Xi Lun visibly shrank next to them, his eyes big, "Gong Laoshi can go first."

Zhang Zhe Han stood up and grabbed his beer, "Okay, let's go find you a seven iron, Junjun."

He must have looked confused because Zhang Zhe Han smiled softly at him and motioned with his head for Gong Jun to follow. "That's the easiest golf club to learn with for a beginner."
