⁂ ZHANG ZHE HAN ⁂
"Oh, come on Junjun. It will be fun!" He leaned back on the sofa and tilted his head. For someone so tall, Gong Jun sure looked small and a bit shy sitting on the other side of the table, watching him with wide beautiful eyes.
"Da-Ge, are you sure? I just wanted to cook you dinner before we start shooting. Really... Do we even have time before you need to be in hair and makeup?" Gong Jun sucked in his bottom lip and started biting on it with a small furrow between his eyebrows.
It was adorable.
"There is plenty of time. We have almost two hours... Just do your thing and I will just keep quiet and film. I promise."
He could see that Gong Jun wasn't fully convinced and smiled his sweetest smile. That usually did the trick when he wanted to get his way with people around him. "It will be entertaining. Besides, if it ends up a disaster you don't have to post it. We can just watch it and laugh and then you can delete it."
The day before, Zhang Zhe Han had overheard a conversation between Xie Wenrui and Gong Jun, saying something about doing a vlog—something that his co-star apparently did from time to time. However, the comment was that he hadn't done one in a while, or not posting on his social media as much as he normally did. A vlog would help with the fans. Gong Jun also seemed to do a lot of filming and editing himself. It was impressive and inspiring. Not that Zhang Zhe Han couldn't do these things himself. He wasn't that technologically inept. It was just that he wasn't really interested in those things.
But he could be. He could get a bit interested. Especially if it included him filming Gong Jun's next vlog. Which is exactly why—when he had received a photo of the noodles that Gong Jun had ordered online earlier in the week and had been delivered yesterday—he had begged Gong Jun to cook dinner in the trailer. He had been on his way back from the golf club and didn't need to be in hair and makeup until 6.30p.m. And since Gong Jun had already been filming, he was already on site waiting for their evening scenes in the CGI studio. Besides, he really did like looking at the man, and this had been the perfect opportunity to do just that—without it being all weird. This was an excellent idea.
"Da-Ge... it might be all awkward or weird for you. I haven't even had time to plan it out or anything."
"It will be fun, Junjun! Besides, you were still going to cook so it's not really more work. It will save you time from having to do this another day. It's a win-win really. Plus, you're feeding me. It's the least I can do."
Gong Jun was still biting his bottom lip but Zhang Zhe Han could see that the man in front of him was about to cave, and he was very satisfied that his smile worked on Gong Jun too.
"Okay, but only if you're sure?"
"Perfect. Now, do you usually film with a specific camera or just your phone?"
"It doesn't matter. Phone might be easier for you since you're used to it?" Gong Jun unlocked his phone and handed it over. Just like that.
Whilst Gong Jun pulled out all of the ingredients from the fridge and his electric cooker, Zhang Zhe Han tried his best not to satisfy his curiosity and snoop through his co-star's phone. Instead, he checked around the trailer to make sure that all the curtains were pulled closed, also closing the drapes to Gong Jun's bed, which he definitely did not look at for longer than he should have.
