Hi everyone!!

This is a weight loss plan that is being used by many kpop idols to lose weight. One of my friends who tried it lost 10-15 lbs by the end!!

This plan is really effective, and not too hard to follow. It's suitable for anyone, whether you are just starting your weight loss journey, or you've been trying to lose weight for years.

This plan is going to be split into 4 weeks. We're going to start off slow the first week, and gradually increase the intensity after each week. This allows you to ease in to this lifestyle, and not have to suddenly make drastic changes to your life that will be hard to keep up. 

If you follow this, you will not longer need to worry about the yo-yo effect, or drastic weight gain after an occasional large meal or a night out drinking.
